Exceptional service, the staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming. They communicate in English very well with paying attention to the details. We could check in earlier when we arrived, we could have an early breakfast when we went on a tour, and when we asked for laundry they took care of the more sensitive clothes and used the appropriate washing settings. The location is perfect for going on tours to the Khao Yai National Park. On every tour we were the last ones picked up in the morning and the first ones dropped off at the evening, so we saved a considerable amount of time with the transportation. There's also a big shopping mall with a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Our room was very cozy and clean with a big comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The windows were also sealed perfectly so no mosquitoes made it inside. At the checkout the receptionist solved an emergency situation as well. We wanted to leave at 3 am in the morning to the train station in order to reach an early flight from Bangkok to Phuket. We made a mistake as we didn't expect that there's no taxi service available at those hours. Without the receptionist help we would have missed our train and flight as well. She heroically drove us to the train station on her own motorcycle in two turns. This level of commitment is out of the ordinary, never experienced something like that previously in any other hotel. Wynnhouse Khaoyai was the best hotel where we stayed during our vacation in Thailand, it's the perfect place for couples.

Stayed for the second time, easy to find, near Tesco Lotus. The bed is very soft, some people may not like the strong flow of water, I personally like it, except for the bed that is soft but can sleep. Parking is limited, come late, it may be difficult to find a parking space.

The new hotel is very good. Sleep well but fix the bathroom a bit. Waterlogged. The ceiling has water from the room above but overall it is very impressive.
