Clean and comfortable. Great location

Very nice place, the decorations are cute. However, no staff to attend to your needs. Have to call a number to check in after like 6pm. If you’re a tourist and don’t have a Thai number it’s very hard. Only downside.

One of the best properties in old town. Easy accessible and so many options to eat nearby. Rooms are neat and tidy. Best stay!!

Very satisfied with this boutique hotel

Coming to Old Town Phuket for the first time without any knowledge of the layout of the town or hotels, we chose randomly on line and the two of us were pleasantly surprised at the location, friendliness of the staff and the decor. We will stay here again if our travels bring us back and will highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

Only issue was check-in. The hotel said front desk open until 10pm. I was arriving at 8pm and when I landed in Phuket, i received a message from the hotel front desk closes at 7pm. I texted the hotel on expedia with no response and called me at the phone number listed on both expedia and google and both nunbers discontinued. I was very stressed about checking in. In the end, they were waiting for me but having the info for the hotel on expedia and google would have helped. Otherwise gorgeous and comfortable hotel in great location in Old Town.

The hotel was exceptional, everything was perfect. The service, the cleanliness, how quiet it was and the location. Highly recommend it.

A beautiful and stylish retreat from the hustle and bustle of Phuket Old Town. A great location and good value for money.

There are no lifts and fortunately, the property manager carried our bag to our room. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained. If you do not need the room to be made up, please avoid asking for it just because it is available. There is no food option available but it is not a negative factor as cafes and restaurants are everywhere, including one across from the hotel. The owner has given the property a brilliant retro look. Well done.

Quiet neighbourhood yet within walking distance from the old phuket town, temples. An alternative accommodation compare to hotel, though need to climb up to third floor for my room as no lift.

Very conveniently located to the tourist sights and nightlife scene. Hotel had a very modern lobby and entrance. Safe at night as the front gate was closed and you needed a key to enter. Would stat again if in Phuket Town. Only downsides were no pool and the room was kind of small.

Property has a great location in the middle of Old Town. Helpful staff and clean. Our room was pretty small with basic amenities, but it was all we needed for short stay.

This hotel is in walking distance to many places. The decor is really great. I really like all the use of engine parts to make the decor. The rooms were clean with a good bathroom and big bed. The water from the shower initially had a semi funky smell to it but other than that everything else was nice. Would recommend to others

Absolutely irritating experience. I highly recommend the hotel management to change their shameless attitude towards their customers. The hotel sells room + breakfast at slightly higher price than any other comparable option in town. They think they are so smart. When I showed up at the reception at 9:30am they asked me if I wanted to check out. No, I actually wanted to have breakfast... They informed me that I did not book breakfast the night before (what? do I have to book breakfast? since when? on which planet?). Yes if I book one of the breakfast options, then they can serve it... really? and how could I know that? They explained that customers have to book their breakfast because there are no restoration facilities. The ground floor resembles a coffee shop but it is actually an art gallery that, however, is closed to the public... Interesting! So where do they serve breakfast? In your room. That's just a joke because in the room there is no chair nor table. So where do you eat breakfast, on the bed? The girl at the reception nodded and then laughed in my face when I asked such question. Not her fault for sure but I won't go back to this hotel as a matter of principle.

Yes, it is a 5 star hotel. I fell in love with the decor and the place. I loved loved the room. It was super clean and neat. The way they planned the interiors is amazing. I have been to many places but Xinlor House has made it to the top of my list. I was spellbound when I saw my room. I loved every bit and nook of this place. The reception, the paintings, everything is classy. The walk way is amazing. The pictures do not do any justice. I loved it. I would say that I might come back and visit Thailand only to stay at Xinlor House. Very peaceful and stylish.
