I had the pleasure of interacting with Ammar during my recent visits, and I must say he is an exceptional receptionist. From the moment I arrived, Ammar greeted me with a warm, professional demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. His communication skills are excellent—clear, courteous, and always patient, even when managing multiple tasks.

Great hotel and service from all staff.

Today I was at the swimming pool and I wanted to use the restroom so they guided me to the bathroom near the spa. I went and I used the bathroom and I reached to both soap dispensers and they were both empty so I had to ask for soap from the staff. It might not be a big deal for anyone but to experience this in two different bathrooms and a hotel like this maybe wonder if the cleaning staff are paying attention to the soap dispensers. One more thing that was critical for hygiene, is that when I asked the room service for clean cups, he went to the bathroom and cleaned them in the bathroom sink. When I asked him how did you clean it, he showed me a bathroom sanitizer. When I asked him about what sponge, he pulled a sponge that looked so dirty. I asked him to bring new cups.
