I had 3 nights with a group we had so much fun at the hotel, the food is fine, there is no internet at the hotel so you should buy a SIM card to use the internet if you wish, the animation are so nice and friendly we enjoyed the activities in total I’d rate the hotel 7/10

Very disappointed, hotel not even one star staff are very rude and they don't look/act as professional, hotel is rundown and old you smell paint everywhere as they doing it while guests in the hotel, so if you take my word don't bother booking this hotel. The worst thing they tried to tell me there is no booking as they wanted me to double pay them direct when I insisted I have booking and showed them the confirmation they told me it is weekend and their office colse! Finally they they called someone to open the office and found my booking when I refused to pay again, the other things they tried to over charge me for the food my booking all inclusive one adult and one child but they tried to charge me for the child lunch until I had to fighted over with them and showed them the child included in the booking, I think they just bunch of thieves so never this hotel again. Right after lunch had bad tommy so this something to add.

Sejour de la semaine du 28/08 au 05/09, pas de confinement demandé par l hôtel. Seul le personnel porte un masque et distanciation pas du tout respectée par les Polonais et les Tchèques en nombre, surtout au restaurant. Séjour cependant très agréable au bord de la grande piscine ou bien de celle plus calme réservée aux bungalows. Très belle plage. Piscine intérieure petite. Spa bien équipé mais 1 seule masseuse pro sur les 2 qui m ont massée. Bonne animation en général. Femme de ménage adorable. Bon séjour même si beaucoup de monde les 2 derniers jours.

Arrivée à 22h suite retard du vol, Kamel le réceptionniste fatigué de sa journée nous a reçu comme des chiens, pas de corbeille de fruit dans une chambre surchauffée ( nous apprendrons que la clim ne fonctionne plus en octobre) et surtout surtout PAS DE PAPIER DE TOILETTE dans cette hôtel soi disant 4 étoiles.L'activité ping pong d'ordinaire près de la piscine est reléguée dans la salle de spectacle sans information et l"animateur etait agressif, en général le personnel est agréable sauf 2 ou 3 individus n'ayant pas le sens commercial . Faire payer le jus d'orange frais dans ce pays est effarant .Pas de pots de yaourth , pas de dattes.

Très bel hôtel, spacieux avec un accès direct à la plage. Transats et parasols sur la plage. La chambre était très grande avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur la mer, et les espaces communs aussi. Le personnel est serviable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et avons passé un agréable séjour. Le point d’amelioration concerne la nourriture: les buffets n’ont pas beaucoup de nourriture traditionnelle mais plutôt européenne, c’est dommage. Malgré tout beaucoup de légumes et de belles salades!

Hôtel sympathique et familial. Ambiance chaleureuse à condition de se montrer respectueux avec le personnel ce qui n’estHélas pas le cas de tous les Français..... je suis impressionnée par l’aptitude dédaigneuse de certains clients qui critiquent tout et n’importe quoi, à se demander comment ils vivent chez eux ..... l’équipe d’animation est au top, présente sans être pesante .... je recommande cet hôtel à qui veut passer d’agréables vacances les pieds dans l’eau sans se prendre la tête. J’allais oublier, les chambres sont confortables et dotées de bonnes literies.

I stayed at the end of April. Room with the sea view. Super location of hotel. 4 star for sure. Welcome stuff wich speak German, English, Russian, French. Good long Beaty beach. WiFi is good in the morning and during the day. Evening signal not strong. Territory of the hotel is big and nice. Animation is very weak. Room is good and big 32 m2. Clean towels. Good service. Food and simple drinks are Included - recommended. Here stay more couples different ages.
