Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Service was excellent. The staff was very helpful in guiding you around Istanbul, offering tours, suggestions, and assistance in transportation. The room was very nice and a decent size especially for Europe. Hotel is centrally located to all major attractions. And is approximately 1.5 km from the ferry that can take you across the Bosphorous.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very well located for the old town. Breakfast was adequate. We had one of the bigger rooms and it was spacious. However the duvet was too small for the bed and the lighting wasn't great and very confusing and it was difficult to have just a bedside light on to read. We booked transfers through the hotel and sadly our car was late/didn't arrive due to rain and traffic. The hotel reception eventually booked us a normal taxi and covered the cost which was great service. Despite this we were very stressed as we were very late getting to the airport. Not sure I'd use the transfer service again

The staff were great. Communication before our stay was excellent. They also have services for tours and transport. The room was clean and spacious. Restaurants are abundant within a 15 min walk as were tourist attractions.

Outstanding experience. Stayed at hotel twice with friends. Multilingual staff offered exemplary services from making recommendations to getting us short notice reservations at a fully booked restaurant. Arranged for private tour and dinner reservations for an entertainment/ evening dinner Bosphorus cruise. Used their recommended airport car service. Highly recommend to travellers.

Overall you feel safe at the hotel. Staff are very helpful although their level of English needs to improve so that they may provide guests with good general information. Nevertheless, they were ALWAYS ready to help you which was very much appreciated. We didn’t like the shuttle taxis to and from the airport. We could not communicate with the drivers because they did not speak any English. In addition, we believe we paid €15 above what we learnt that other travellers had paid for each journey and moreover, the cars were not clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff in an excellent location: just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a range of Turkish salad options etc. - and a lovely roof terrace where we could enjoy the sunshine in the late afternoon and look out over the sea. Only (small) problem was that the single beds were a bit narrow! All in, extremely good value.

Highly recommended, hotel staff was exceptionally helpful - especially the staff in the breakfast room; Reception staff provided valuable information for site seeing and public transportation. Hotel room was clean, modern and comfortable. Hotel is within walking distance of the main historical site seeing sites in Old Town, and a 10 minute walk to the Tram Public transport system, although the hotel is located on a steep incline that can be difficult for senior citizens. Places to eat are around the hotel providing local meals at more reasonable prices compared to the main tourist areas in Old Town. Breakfast is provided, however more salads than breakfast type options available.

We were very impressed with this hotel and the service. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the two men that treated us exceptionally well when we first arrived and when we were leaving, even laughing with us and making sure all of our needs were met. The coloured girl from downstairs where the restaurant was, helped us so much with shopping suggestions, all while showing her beautiful smile. It made such a difference that everybody was smiley and very welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and was cleaned everyday, we were given bottles of water for free in our room every night, and even hot chocolates on our last night. It’s in a convenient area, near to Akrasay, Grand Baazar and many other walkable distance areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean. The hotel was in the old part of the city and in walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. They were only about 10 mins away.

An extremely pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff and service was fantastic. Would return in the future.

Great hotel for visiting istanbul. 5 minutes from sultanahmet square. Very close to T 1 tram to karaoke and taksim.

The staff make this hotel one I’d definitely stay in again, my husband and I stayed at here for a long weekend for his birthday. It was our first time in Istanbul so we were so glad the reception staff were so helpful, both day and night staff were fantastic. They gave us help with directions, a travel card and recommendations of what to do, where to shop and to go to eat, all these recommendations were amazing. Such a lovely team that the managers should be very proud of. Hotel was beautiful, clean and within walking distance of most of the attractions, shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was plenty for us to choose from. Christmas decorations and trees were also a lovely touch at this time of year.

I wish I could give a better rating for this property because the staff was nice and friendly. I booked a twin room intentionally because I wanted 2 beds, with enough space, but I got stuffed into an almost jail cell with barely any space! I am a gold level at Expedia which is how I booked the room and usually I get upgraded automatically. But this time, even after requesting, I pretty much got downgraded into a smaller room, although I paid higher. The only thing that makes me give a better than average rating is the friendly staff.
