Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla

Not a five star by Europe standards and the staff is not very friendly. The restaurant is alcohol free they won’t even let you bring in your own drink. Food isn’t made as described (rice and fries instead of pasta for example and no salad).

Excellent breakfast, 8-minute drive from the airport, the reception staff barely speaks English, the non-smoking room smelled cigarettes, every night around 2 AM Mulla starts praying on the outside speakers that woke us up in the middle of the night. But the hotel offers a decent accommodation for the paid price. We would stay there again.

If i can give less than star i will do that I booked room i found different one The ice doesn’t work. They lie when I asked them to fix it or change the room I didn’t sleep cuz the room was very very hot I opened the door balcony was sooo noisy Its a nightmare The staff not good at all accept the driver was good

The food at the restaurant was good and veggies were fresh.

The room and the whole building had strong smoking odor. There not a single non-smoking room. I requested a change of room due to the heavy smoking smell in my first room. I was changed a room across the hall, which just the same. I was told there is not a single non smoking room in the building.

No warm welcome or attempt to say about hotel or breakfast. Key put on counter and pointed to lifts. Breakfast next day very poor. Two out the four hot plates were empty and staff made no attempt to refill. Cups missing for coffee machine, each person had to ask for a cup! Breakfast very basic and I opted for breakfast out on the second morning. Restaurant is a cafe not a restaurant- basic menu and soft drinks only. Restaurant staff are much nice than main hotel staff. On check out, man at reception didn’t even look up L, just took key card, I had to ask twice is all ok and he just waved me away. Could be a good hotel but 2* at best as staff on reception don’t care. Plus hotel lacks real hotel amenities. This is NOT a hotel for Western European visitors, its is for local staying for a pre flight nights bed and breakfast. That is what they cater for and make it clear others aren’t welcome.

There was a forgotten food in the fridge mold!!! Disgusting!!! Mold was on the ceiling! And the SPA what i was really looking forward to was only one sauna and a small very small some kind of pool with cold water! The Staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok boiled eggs french toast plenty of olives salat…

Great price. The breakfast was very good. The airport transfers was very good.

The spa was too busy. They did not do the service although they charged. They also overcharged me for everything because I am a woman and a foreigner. Usual Istanbul.

The room was clean and tidy the staff was very friendly all people at the hotel was very polite i had not have any faults wonderful place to stay very relaxing and peaceful am going back in July

Everything was wonderful from start to end i recommend anyone yo stay would not regret

Sadettin was an effective communicator, gave clear guidance, provided safe driving and gracious delivery to the hotel. Sadettin even made the extra effort to personally locate me at the SW Airport to insure I reached my destination. As a solo foreign traveler to Istanbul, this support was very helpful. The reception staff at the hotel were hospitable and welcoming, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-decorated. The full-service restaurant was opened until midnight, having a varied menu and the delicious food was outstanding, flavorful! It was a pleasure to have been a guest at the Emirtimes Hotel.”

This is a scam! They said that they have free airport transfers but it’s actually a different airport and not Istanbul airport which is a full 1 hr away
