Breakfast was the best thing at the hotel!

Nice staff. The rooms are a bit rundown. The bathroom was smelly, and the shower head was very old. Overall it was okay for one night stay off season. Oh, the breakfast was quite nice.

A little off the main road to Izmir, Foça is an amazing suburb untapped by the tourists. Hanedan was an under resourced and poorly managed property who need to improve alot if they want more tourism.

Very nice hotel and service was good

hotel location is awesome, beach an sea is faboulous. if you walk down from beach, you can discover 2nd private beach and island too :) novice swimmers needs to be careful because sea level become deep so quickly. (after 3 meter away from see ) . Breakfast was awesome. One advice for breakfast is that Chef needs assistance for cleaning. Rooms was overall clean but sheets&towels needs to be replace everyday. Also, sheets needs to be clean better. Foca is a great spot for holiday. Old Foca and new Foca definetely needs to be visited during your stay. You can take boat tours and visit surrounding villages/beaches if you have time.

This property is one of the prominent hotels in the area it serves, and it's very easily accessible by public transit. It's generally a nice hotel, the private beach is a huge plus, and the complimentary breakfast is great. All parts of the hotel are generally immaculate and well-maintained. The only issue with the facilities is the lack of a proper internet connection. The Wi-Fi is sporadic, and in the rare event that it successfully connects, the speed is very poor and disconnection is common. And this is in the pool/dining area. Forget about internet in your room, it just doesn't work at all. If you have a Turkish mobile phone with internet, you can resort to it. Otherwise you should assume you won't have any internet access during your stay at this hotel. The front desk staff isn't really rude but relatively inattentive. The people in charge of the food service are quite pleasant and helpful though. Please note that you're bound to encounter many animals if you stay here, and that's not limited to the stray cats, which is a common sight in Turkey. I spotted one bat flying by at night, and a baby gecko that entered my room through the balcony. I personally loved it, but that might not be everyone's cup of tea, so please be prepared.

Buona la colazione e la cena. Spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni . Camera semplice ma carina. Il Wi-Fi però nelle camere non funziona. E’ un tre stelle che costa tanto perché ha la spiaggia.

Sehr alte Einrichtung, Kleinigkeiten wie ein defekte Klobrille fällt dem Reinigungspersonal nicht auf, sodass die Gäste sich um solche Sachen kümmern müssen.

Otelde 1 gece oda-kahvaltı konakladık. Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve gayet başarılıydı. Plaja yakınlığı, sessiz sakin temiz odaları ve güler yüzlü çalışanları var. Yine gelip kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir otel.

Meydana ve festival alanına eşit uzaklıkta olması, plajının kahvaltısını ve yemeklerinin çeşitliliği ve lezzetiyle inanılmaz tatmin olduğumuz bir tatil yaşadık

Otel cok eski. Odada ki masa sehpa bile spotcudan alınmış konulmuş gibi. Reception lakayıt çocuk yaşlarında gençler duruyor. Kahvaltı fena değil yeterli ancak ortalıkta personel bulmak cok zor. Küçük bir tv var oda da ancak yatağın çarprazında alakasız bir yerde. Elektrik prizleri sökülmüş. Asansör düğmesi yerinden çıkmış. Özetle sadece gece yatıp sabah gidilecek bir otel ancak bu fiyata daha mükemmel alternatifler var.

Yapi cok eski ,esyalar da eski ,klima sogutmuyor. Denize yakinligi guzel ve sahilde yeme icme hizmeti guzel ve hizli.
