A very nice, clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Once we got our bearings it was a nice walk to the old city attractions, mosques and bazaars and the Topkapi Palace. Pleanty of restaurant choices around the hotel.

this is my second time staying there this year and I will be definitely back with my family. Everybody is so amazing friendly and on point with their customer service there are massages are amazing as well. I do recommend everybody to stay there and I will be definitely back.

The hotel is good overall, it’s my second time staying there. The rooms are nice but the birds on windows makes it hard to open for fresh air. Water doesn’t cost a lot so if they put one bottle in the room per day like other hotels I have been it will be convenient to the customers. One per stay is cheap. I like the personal friendly and courteous. I will stay there again and I’m referring all my friends. The hours to use the Turkish bath are not convenient at all. Visitors are busy during the day either sightseeing or for medical so late afternoon/ night it’s the best time to enjoy the spa without having to pay extra. I really did not like the hours at all. It’s the only thing that will make me go to other hotels. Please reconsider the spa time with no additional charges.

Good location, near the metro to Taksim square and the tram to aya sofia, only issue is the noise at night from nearby hotels playing music until 3am in the morning. Lots of good options for breakfast

The hotel was clean and organized, and the location was good. You can easily get to Metro and Tram from the hotel. However, I found the hotel to be very noisy night time, we experienced that music was playing outside, and we were not able to sleep...When I asked the staff in the hotel to change our room, they were nice enough to change it, but there was still a loud noise coming from outside. And we found the break-fast to be averaged. Most of the items were cheese and vegetables...Not varieties of food, we noticed the same items pretty much everyday. We stayed in a 3*** hotel for a week before Mosaic, and the break-fast was actually better than Mosaic hotel.

The hotel was decent and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend. The only downfall was the gym. The treadmill didn’t work nor did the bike. Pool was decent. If you were intending a hotel with a decent gym this isn’t for you. Otherwise I’d recommend

Lovely hotel clean , good breakfast , helpful staff only issue was having to use the pool etc after 6pm it’s free 12-6pm but that’s not really convenient when doing activities all day
