Absolutely amazing experience every time! It is by the one of the safest and most beautiful hotels in Istanbul! The staff goes over and above to do their jobs in the most amazing ways possible! Totally recommend!

Hatice was the most amazing—from housekeepeing— who brought me tampons and pads twice! She went above and beyond to accomadate me and I would like to recommend her for a promotion and a bonus! She was wonderful. This hotel makes me feel the safest in all of Istanbul. İyiki varsiniz!

Very good hotel, the food and the team who looked after me were excellent.

The food is not good and the stuff is not helpful. I got food poisoning bec of the food that I ate at their bar restaurant! I couldnt complete my business trips and messed up all plans! I had to cancel ny international flight!!! Besides, I paid a lot of money to the hospital to save myself.

I enjoyed my stay at The Marriott. Their spa is wonderful and the room was perfect!

Hotel and facilities are great… but there is building work right next to the hotel and the constant noise of construction means you simply cannot relax.

I stayed there for 5 nights and was on a business trip. They have switched the entire air conditioning off, so in the room, you can neither switch on the A/C nor change the temperature. The room was facing the Main Street, which was extremely noisy even late into the night. I could not keep the window open and with everything shut, the room was very warm and suffocating. For 4 nights, I was unable to sleep properly and I had to work long hours on the following days. On the last night, after repeated requests, they turned on the air conditioning. This is unacceptable, least of all, by Marriot standards. There should be better ways to conserve energy. The hotel is expensive and the least one would expect for the money paid, is proper rest during the nights. Also, I had an issue with the drainage in the bathroom sink. It took them time to fix this, so I wasn’t able to use the sink tap for one evening and morning. Very poor experience.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff however we had issues with missing items in room service more than once. The room service could really be improved.
