New Park Hotel Ankara

Everyone was kind and our experience was good.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast buffet every morning was amazing the variety of foods to suit everyone. Cleanliness of the room was excellent Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff throughout the hotel was a 5 star rating. We will definitely be back. Location was ideal right in the city centre

Junior/Corner Suite is very comfortable for a couple, but too small if you have children. Very large windows with city view. All you can eat breakfast/dinner options aren’t as much as what you’d find a Turkish beach resort. The food is OK but not great. Desserts are good. The attached Cafe/Bar is good. I’d certainly stay again.

Very comfortable stay and the location is amazing . Lots of shopping and coffee shops and restaurants . You would not need to drive on this location o will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I am really surprised this is one of Expedia's VIP accounts. My stay was very unpleasant hotel is nothing like it is described on the Expedia website. Apparently, I booked their best and biggest room which is called kings flat. Room was very claustrophobic. It was shaped horrible so it was not usable. As soon as I walked in to the room there was a very bad sewage smell. Opened all the windows the moment we close the windows smell got really bad. Keeping the windows opened made the room very noisy. Also, it was not cleaned well. Expedia described as 2 full bathrooms but it was only one. You cannot take a shower without getting your hair wet. I had meetings and I did not want to wash my hair but it was not possible. Also, there was a very loud and horrible noise in the shower when I ran the water. To be able to get to the closet to get my clothes in the bedroom I had to close the bedroom door then get my jacket and close the door again and get out. It was not convenient at all. Also, Expedia says there is a lounge access available but it is not open you have to give them a 15-20 min notice for them to open and get ready. So, it was not convenient and usable. My all stay was not good and pleasant. I changed my plans and checked out early and left. I shared my experience with front office manager but I am not convinced issues can be solved. Only thing was good was room service and food. I am really surprised this is 5-star hotel, I do not think it meets the criteria.

Excellent hotel , clean and friendly environment

Nice gym and great sauna. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors talking. Other than that great hotel.

Good hotel, good location, great staff, service and buffet. There is a Turkish Bath/SPA which I would have loved to try but just didn't have the time. It was just renovated. At the Front desk all staff and Özge very helpful as my plans changed a few times. The room cleaning staff are very attentive as well. The hotel is used by airlines and I saw a lot of Japanese and Korean tour groups. The buffets are great. You better be hungry! The Off Cafe in the hotel is great for a drink and all day meals with good internet. Only minor issues were air-conditioning during the winter. Cracking open a window fixed that. Overall a go.

Good location, cafe/bar attached to hotel Staff friendly. Spa was ok but wouldn’t use again. The actual treatment room was nice enough but a bit disorganised with no instruction beforehand

Reception and valet staff were freindly , room was noisy, the wall wasn't sound proof, i was able to hear the tv the whole night of tha adjacent room , the breakfast staff were unfriendly

Staff is avery good ,,,special arkan it's avery good person smile and cooperating and outstanding in the Arabic language,,all respect to him

It was a good hotel. Clean and safe. However; it is a little bit noisy because of the guests.

I stayed here for two nights with my friend. The room was great, the beds super comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were helpful on check in, and the team were great with the valet parking. Thank you for a great stay!

Not bad. AC is not working and fridge was weak. Service and breakfast are OK.

Clean, comfortable and very close to all historical sites with a very nice park across where you can freely eat and drink on the grass with your family.

I almost never write reviews and the few I have done have been positive because I thought the property or the service were great. I feel I need to write this one because Hotels.com cannot be selling this property as a 5-star, luxury hotel. This is a 2.5, maybe 3 stars hotel. Very basic, old and non-maintained hotel. Terrible service (e.g., would not send an adapter to our room, had to ask multiple times before they brought more water). And terrible sewer-like smell in the bathroom.
