Concierge and spa staff were great.

I’d like to give a shoutout to the staff the Sheraton especially Yasin who was incredibly helpful. We really appreciate all of the staff. Seriously S-Tier staff here

Breakfast was exceptional, staff was always helpful and kind.

NOT RECOMMENDED Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the poor level of service and the unprofessional attitude displayed by many staff members. Whenever assistance was requested, employees either shrugged their shoulders or simply ignored our concerns altogether. The cashier at the coffee shop was particularly rude and displayed an unpleasant attitude that was completely unacceptable in a hospitality environment. In addition, housekeeping failed to clean our room properly throughout our stay. Room service was equally disappointing. Nearly every meal we ordered had to be returned because it arrived either overcooked or cold. The filet of salmon was dry and contained numerous bones, while the chicken tenders were stringy, overcooked, and burnt around the edges. Overall, the quality of service, food, and housekeeping fell far below the standards one would expect from a Sheraton property. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Room was clean but they always came late to spread the beds and clean the room. Staff is extremely helpful. They offer decent breakfast wıth a plenty of Selections. Although there is a hourly shuttle service to Taksim square the hotel is nowhere near walking distance to any of the many shopping or historically relevant areas of Istanbul.

Sheraton is 15-20 minutes walk from Taksim. However, it makes with high standards across the board. The property is clean and classy. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast was typical high quality continental breakfast with some local flavor. I did not try the spa. The gym has a lot of equipment, way more than I anticipated. I stayed there for 5 nights with some friends, and we really liked our stay there.

Lovely stay. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Levent, the bar manager, was particular attentive and welcoming as was Tugberk. Breakfast was lovely.

A great stay took security seriously, delicious room service meals.

No complaints the hotel was up to standard, it was my birthday and they staff surprised me twice with a lovely cake . Beautiful hotel . My second time staying here. Will stay again any time am in Istanbul 🤗🤗.

The room was clean and was serviced on a daily basis. Hotel had all the amenities I needed. The staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel staff can definitely improve their english communication skills to help with international guests.

Great location with hotel shuttle so easy to go to all attractions, so quite and classic hotel, front desk staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Yinsan helps me a lot about culture and activities. Hotel restaurant is excellent, enjoyed 4nice dinners there. Overall, I am very satisfied with staying in here, thank you.

My family and I visited Istanbul for a vacation and chose to stay at the Sheraton City Center. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with warmth and smiles from the staff, who were eager to assist us with any concerns or questions we had. We enjoyed our time so much that we are looking forward to our next visit.
