This is not a four star property. Rooms are Ok.

The only issue I had was with the Expedia messaging service. The hotel sent me a message regarding transportation to the airport, I replied back via the Expedia messaging service to the hotel with my flight information, and I also spoke to one of the front desk clerks about it. I was suppose to receive a What’s App confirmation message from the hotel, but I never did and I was not allowed to catch the bus cab they had for folks going to the airport because there was no visual confirmation on the next front desk clerk’s end when they checked their messages.

AMAZING

The bathroom was the biggest issue. The sink was leaking so the entire floor was wet. It smelled like sewer. There is a window in the bathroom that make you visible when showering. The sink was not stable it rocked back and forth. In the bedroom. No sheet just a comforter The phone worked intermittently Opening towards the floor where light was shining through. However, the staff was great. The floor in the shower looked dirty.

The main thing I appreciate was the it is in a quiet place.

Hotel restaurant is very expensive. I had to walk for 20 minutes to have a more affordable meal.

The rooms are very small and noise from the street was loud. Location of the property was very isolated.

I was in Room 204. The Ankara Futbol team was there as well. I had an early flight (taxi coming at 0530) at 2130 I called the desk to ask if I can get moved to a quieter room (the futbol team was so loud) The female at the desk told me she would let me know in 20 minutes. The noise was so bad, I gave up, and packed, and went downstairs. If there was no quieter room, i would leave and find a new hotel at 2215 at night. As I stepped out into the hallway from my room, that is when I realized your hotel staff set up a buffet table right outside my door, one of your waiters was standing by my door. That is insane! this was at 2200 hours!!!!! I went down and the female i spoke to was outside for a smoking break on her phone, so she wasn't even looking at changing my room. A man then helped me and moved me to the ground floor. The room wasn't much quieter, and at 0400 I gave up trying to sleep, i packed again, checked out and I called a taxi and left getting to the airport 4 hours early. For my repeat trips to Istanbul I will certainly NOT stay at that hotel, and may avoid the Tribute chain if that's how they take care of customers John Knoblach

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the room was very bad. We were four people, and they only gave us one bed. The room was very noisy.

Great pet friendly hotel, not far from the airport. The hotel team was friendly and very attentive to my and my dogs needs. Super convenient shuttle service. A bit too noisy at night due to the traffic, and the AC was glitching a bit - otherwise this place is the best for the short-term stay.

It was just okay. But the sandwich and fries that we ordered for lunch were fantastic!!! The restaurant staff and concierge staff were very nice and kind.

The room was at the back and it boarders a housing estate and the kids kicked a ball against a garage door untill past 11pm then the noise from a mosque started then at 3am someone played a large kettle drum so very noisy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable comfortable .

The Operla was great! It was fresh. Clean, stylish and the staff was kind and helpful speaking good English. My room was clean, compact and exactly what I needed. My only complaint was I could not control the climate. My room was a little stuffy and never could get the air to come on. I could open the window which helped a little. The breakfast was good and they got me a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend.

The staff and the property itself is fine. The airport transfer is good. However, the area is at the middle of nowhere. If you only want to rest and not leave the hotel, it is a good option.
