10/10 for aesthetics. 4/10 for customer service. 3/10 for food quality and options. The aesthetics were unmatched! Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous beach. However, the customer service, the quality of food and the food options were horrible. All restaurants serve the same lunch menu and most serves had poor attitudes. The beach was lovely but getting harrassed by jet ski operators disrupted our experience. For a 5 star property, this should not be allowed. We found over all that the staff were just not friendly, not solutions driven, nor were they hospitable (outside of the front desk and a few gems in the restaurants). This property has so much potential but I would only return if they can convince me they’ve done some training with their staff and expanded their amenities. Such a shame because I really tried to love this property.

Beautiful spot for a 4 day getaway for our anniversary. The staff was so friendly the food was delicious and the rooms were upscale and very clean..we will definitely go back

The stay was nice. The only issue we had as Americans of African decent. We were asked daily if we were guest of the property.

Excellent property and stay!

Everything was great about this property. The only (slight) issue I’d share was the poor WiFi connection around the property. Unfortunately, work was needed to be done while vacationing and it was difficult to connect even though I was right on property. From a vacationing perspective, the property is beautiful. Very relaxing space when you go during week.

It’s a great place but it is a little further from Grace Bay where more dining and shopping options are and if you don’t have a rental car, taxi cost can add up. But the resort is great and food options are excellent!

This hotel was incredible! The decor is gorgeous and it literally has everything you could ever want. The beach is quaint and property is more secluded than most other hotels which we liked. Only drawback was being about a 10 minute ride from the main town but they have an hourly shuttle you can take or a quick taxi. Their food/restaurants were great and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. While the resort was busy it did not feel crowded and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My husband and I will definitely come back!

Beautiful property that is very secluded and not crowded at all. Beautiful beach with fantastic sunrises. An easy ten minute drive from the airport with a direct, two and a half hour, flight from Atlanta. Left Atlanta that morning and we're on the beach that afternoon. Staff are awesome with great attention to detail. The only downside is that the sun sets on the opposite side of the island, but we did a sunset cruise to catch the sunset one afternoon. Luxurious rooms with no expense spared, beach chair service for food and drinks, wonderful spa and dining options. Just a mile or two across to the other side of the island for shopping and more dining options.

We chose the Shore Club for our first stay on the island and were very impressed with the resort . The beach( although not on Grace Bay) sits on a beautiful quiet stretch with calm, clear shallow water Non motorized water sports sre complimentary including a sailboat. Lovely , friendly attentive staff. Beautiful , clean , comfortable room. Plentiful breakfast included. Fully equipped gym. Nice pools and dining . Highly recommend!

The Shore Club is exquisite. The property is maintained beautifully, has gorgeous beaches and the most impressive rooms we have ever seen. The staff could not have been nicer- right down to the wait staff, maintenance people and pool staff. It was the best Caribbean experience ever.

Beautiful accommodations. Housekeeping, pool staff, restaurant staff and spa provided excellent service. Everyone worked hard to please the guests. Can’t wait to go back
