Need to change garments in a while, bed, bedsheets and carpet seem old enough. someone lawn mowing everyday in the golf course and you hear the noise.

The rooms are large :). I did not have any negative experience here however, I think the air conditioning needed fixing. It couldn't cool off the room. Everything else was alright.

Breakfast was good.
Pool was cold but good.
All was good - excellent location and everything was exceptional except of course the Internet.
You can't have a full whatsapp conversation without constant disconnections.
If that's important for you, then the hotel is not for you.
