I have stayed here on several occasions- it’s cheap (cost)
The room was clean but had obviously just been painted. The paint smell was quite powerful but with a midnight check in I could not be bothered to go back to reception to request a room change.
Staff are fantastic and very helpful and polite.
Courtesy bus is very hit and miss. Not something to rely on.
Breakfast is very good.
It’s mainly the transport that lets it down, and the fact a quality assurance on the room (I assume one happened) thought it was acceptable with the smell.

The safe inside the room after I kept my valuables got locked and I couldn’t open it. It took 4-5 hours for the technician to break open the panel. My travel documents were in there. This could have damaged my travel plans. Very stressful stay.

Needed something convenient for an early flight after staying with a friend in the centre. It’s v close. Staff were helpful on check in with advice on check in about which shuttle to take ( ie 0430/0500) - great to have that regular shuttle which took 5 mins. I was through to duty free after self service bag drop in 40 mins from leaving the hotel. The shuttle had a towed part for luggage. On others’ recommendations, I reserved a breakfast box as was up too early for brekky. Great all round. Air con effective given it had been mid 40s in the day. Pleased I stayed and would do so again if in Dubai for a lay over or early departure. Helpful staff.

It was nightmare staying at this property
Air-conditioning was not working effectively, bathroom drainage was clogged, bad smelling in the room, carpet was not clean in the room, booked a family room sleeps 5 guests but only 2 beds were available.

I stayed there for two nights. Overall the staff the service , breakfast everything was really great. Location is also really good. They have shuttle services to airport and close by mall etc which is wonderful. The only thing is it is a little run down needs a bit of renos I guess but overall great experience will definitely stay again.

The room was very filthy. It appeared clean but appears that the house keepers take short cuts. The curtains and drapes were civered in dust. The tv Remote tray was filthy, the telephone was filthy. The bed seemed smaller that a King Size bed as promised.
