Amazing

Had an issue with payment as we checked in, because of miscommunication through booking with a thrid party. Was resolved rather quickly. It was advertised as having a sit down breakfast & dinner restaurant, which is not true & just snacks. Rooms were pretty clean for the most part, staff was friendly, & there's a ton of restaurants & stores around the area.

The lady at check in told us the pool was heated. It was not. It was so cold people were leaving. The rugs in the main lobby were very stained and that was off putting. The room was nice but we stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room or replace our towels. My husband had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels. It also stated that there were 2 restaurants on site. We did not see them. They did have a bar.

Stayed at this hotel due to it's close proximity to family, but I really enjoyed the wine bar and restaurants that were directly across the street, and the coffee shops that were just up the road. The hotel is tucked in a quiet nook, the rooms were spacious, and I didn't really hear noise once people were in their rooms. There's also charging for electric cars. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My main Con is more so a preference: Wish there was something to hold the soap in the shower.

Sleek modern clean. Great amenities. However, I will never stay there again because they have married themselves to the Tesla brand. The ad says "EV chargers." It does not say "Tesla only chargers." I don't appreciate the bait and switch and I don't do business with any company affiliated with Musk or Tesla. They obviously have some exclusionary contract with Tesla to not have any other type of charger. It might be ok with me if they had 1 Tesla charger and 3 standard chargers, but no. They had to have 4 Tesla chargers and none other. Marriot loves the evilest man in the world, so I will never stay at any of their properties ever again and neither should you. They made their choice. I'm making mine. Call ahead the next time you book a hotel. If they have Tesla chargers, don't stay there. Obviously, Marriott hates democracy just like Musk does. They destain the will of the people to govern ourselves by supporting the richest man in the world instead of their customers.

The room was spacious, comfortable with modern amenities. Complimentary coffee in the morning was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Modern, clean and quiet

Really friendly staff. The rooms were super clean. Softest bed ever. Love the vibe and atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again. Will recommend to friends. The pool table and lounge with bar is a fun date night on our short trip. We can't wait to stay here again. 5 stars!

Got locked out of my room several times because the key card would not work and my license was in the room had to wait longer than expected for someone to come let me in my room will not be back

The hotel itself was clean and had a beautiful modern look, which we really appreciated after a long trip. However, the front desk service was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After traveling 15 hours from Texas, I realized I had forgotten my ID. The reservation was under my name, but it had been paid in full with my husband’s credit card—and he had his ID and card on hand. I explained the situation to the front desk agent, but he was completely unhelpful and showed no empathy. They made us call customer service to get the name changed, and even the rep on the phone confirmed that my husband’s ID and card should have been sufficient. Since we booked through Hotels.com, I had to call them too. They updated the reservation and sent a receipt with my husband’s name, but the front desk still wouldn’t accept it because it hadn’t updated in their system. I called Hotels.com again, and even when their rep spoke directly with the hotel, it still wasn’t enough—they insisted on contacting their billing department. Keep in mind, we had already paid in full on March 20. After an exhausting hour and a half of back-and-forth, they finally let us check in using my husband’s ID and card. Honestly, this experience was enough to make me never want to book a stay with this hotel again. The lack of flexibility and customer care was unacceptable, especially after such a long journey.

Very nice rooms and lobby, pool and exercise equipment. Only thing is no breakfast or food, but with all the awesome places to eat why eat at the hotel.

We were under the impression when we booked this room that our room would have the large shower & bathroom area pictured online, and ours did not. We had traveled all day, finally showered and then I’d realized we should’ve just asked to upgrade rooms but at this point it was too late. The large shower was definitely one of the main things I was excited for so that was disappointing. The front desk person was very sweet and helpful for sure. The bar was closed as it was a Sunday that we had checked in and this was a huge reason we chose this hotel since we were celebrating my girlfriends birthday, so not having the restaurants or bar available definitely made this stay more average since we didn’t even plan to leave the hotel during our getaway. The room was nice and mostly clean, I will note that the floors appeared to have been dirty, like they needed to be swept and mopped all over but there was spilled coffee on the other side of the bed we slept in. Overall a decent stay, just wish we were aware of the bar not being open and all the rooms not having the shower we were looking forward to using. Made what could have been a great stay into an average one! Still will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Arrived to room that was supposed to be king bed and pullout sofa. No pullout sofa and then the blinds would not go down past halfway. No privacy to get dressed or to sleep. Extremely bright in the room.

I ABSOLUTELY loved my stay at Aloft. One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Rooms are amazing, shower is great. So clean. Pet friendly. Wonderful staff. Nice bar. I really love it. I wish there were mote Aloft hotels around
