Great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, modern room. Wonderful water pressure (one of the best showers EVER in a hotel)!

The hotel halls have big stains on the floor making the appearance of the hotel really dirty. Our room could have been cleaner, my husband found a hair in the shower. The rug in our room had stains on it. There was also a small stain on my pillow. Absolutely loved the Dry Bar shampoo/conditioner and the blow dryer! Made me feel like I had just walked out of a salon! Staff was friendly also! Would stay again if it was a bit cleaner.

I'd definitely stay again and qould recommend.

This hotel is dirty! Our bedding was dirty and there were a ton of scratches on the doors from animals being locked up. Zero bathroom privacy and the cement look gives prison vibes. Won’t stay at an Aline again after this experience. Pool was gross too!

First time staying in an Aloft. No pet fee! Big advantage. A minimalist design. Everything thought of. Everything works. We'll stay again.

Booked a handicap accessible room. Online, it did not say pets allowed in that type of room. When we arrived, we were switched to a nonhandicap room. Pet hair was on the carpet by the bed, and my daughter and I woke up with an allergic reaction. Told the manager in the morning; she was very unphased by it. She said pets are allowed in all the rooms so it should have said that on the handicap accessible rooms as well. Also not a good place to stay for any privacy within the room. We have older kids, and there are large gaps in the wall that joins the bathroom to the bedroom, so you cam actually see in where the shower area is. Anything happening in the bathroom carries into the bedroom, i.e. lights, sounds, smells, steam, etc. Manager said this is their "loft concept". Lastly, they didn't give us a towel for each person in our family, and the shower door did not stay shut, leaking water out on the floor.
