The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had 3 kids under 5, we ask to be changed to downstairs and he didn't hesitate to charge our room. The rooms were clean as well as the exterior of the property. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were good for the price. The staff was friendly and helped correct a problem. One of the rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke. We went to inform the gentleman upfront and he moved us promptly. The one thing that upset us, is that they had a sign saying they had complimentary breakfast and they did not. If we would have know this we would have purchased something for our two toddlers the night before. They like to eat as soon as they wake-up.

I fly back and forth between Texas and Florida, a lot! This is a hidden gem. It isn't plush or fancy, no room service....
But the nicest family runs it and they care. I returned because of the clean wooden floors, the room was spotless, and the microwave /refrigerator are handy. The owner knows me and remembers me after several months.
They work hard and care about their clients. That is nice these days.

Me and my wife had to get a hotel unexpectedly. Because our AC went out is like 90° in our house. We stayed only one night very clean room. He was very excellent very comfortable. People were very nice at check in was very helpful. I would recommend to stay in this hotel again because it was a nice hotel.
