HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! the room was very cold. I told them constantly. I have my sons with me, toilet was stopped up. Extremely cold heat not kicking in working etc. I checked in at 7. Left at 11:30! Horrible service. Horrible place.

When we first arrived in our room, the heat was turned off and it took 4 hours for the room to warm up to 72 degrees! We had to wear our street clothes and jackets to bed to stay warm. The smoke alarm in the room was covered with a plastic bag. The mattress was lumpy and had springs in it that you could feel. The sheets and pillowcases were well worn and had some holes. We stayed on New Years Eve and the motel was very quiet with not very many occupants. If the bedding had been nicer, and the heat had been on, we would have felt much better about our stay. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the property.

Bed was comfortable. Fist-sized hole through bathroom door (I was made aware of this before accepting the room). I crashed through the desk chair the first time I sat down on it (it was replaced with a nice chair in an expedient manner). The main light above the vanity did not work at all. The room and bathroom were very clean. My interaction with various staff members was very pleasant.

People grilling outside the front doors when we arrived made us uncomfortable. The manager was very slow to come to the desk to check us on. Doors that were supposed to be locked were propped open

The room was clean and comfortable but there was NO ONE EVER at the front desk and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk for help with any issues. As for the complementary breakfast, we were offered snack sized bags of cookies. And the biggest issue was the lack of security! they never asked for ID when checking in OR to get a room key made. So anyone could ask for a room number and get into anyone’s room! VERY DANGEROUS and unsettling!

Don’t count on breakfast. They had lucky charms and fig spread. No bread or cups for coffees or waffles but they do have maple syrup . Went to the desk and no one came in the morning after calling and ringing the bell. Room was decent and it was very cheap.

My room was going to be upstairs but was moved to the first floor with a king size bed and jacuzzi tub. Overall the room wasn't too bad there was some plaster being held up by some decorative push pins and a big crack down a section of the ceiling in the middle. The bed was very thin the mattress was very thin and hard did not like that at all did not sleep well because of that. Otherwise it was clean I didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it otherwise looked fine.
