Aria is a beautiful hotel. The restaurants offer excellent service and wonderful food. My favorite spot was the Spa. What a delight! The message with David was so relaxing and the facilities exquisite. The salt stone room was beautiful, relaxing and therapeutic.
The only down side was I didn’t win any money.

Aria is a beautiful hotel in the middle of Las Vegas, walking distance from all the attractions, shopping center and it has a Pastry restaurant to die for :) we loved all the amenities around , the train and the bridges connecting Vdara -Bellagio.

My review is twofold:
As far as the room and property goes, I would give this a 10/10 experience. You really do feel like you are staying in a luxurious hotel that almost feels like it should be on a tropical island somewhere. There is plenty of shopping, gambling, entertainment, and top of the line restaurants in and around the property. It’s also all within walking distance which is nice.
The only warning I have is that as the customer, if you are planning on using any of the “Aria” amenities l, be sure that you either contact directly or physically walk to that place and make the booking with someone from that “Aria” facility. I was visiting with my wife for her birthday. After booking the trip, we found out shortly after that she was pregnant, so for her there wasn’t much that she could do other than enjoy the stay. Aria advises that they have “The Aria 5 Star Spa”, which does offer an expecting mother massage. To save time, I spoke to the concierge at Aria’s front desk while my wife was getting ready for breakfast and I booked the service through them for her. I wanted to make sure that it was special and a surprise so I gave them my card so that she wouldn’t be asked for any payment and could just go while I checked us out the next day. Fast forward and my wife goes to the appointment where the spa tells her that they never received any payment and had no information for the card or for her itinerary, despite the fact that I had received confirmation via email.

Be prepared...Checked my bill and they tried to bill me for the mini bar, which we didn't use. money was refunded promptly after a phone call. Pay attention to your bill!

A lot of the machines stayed broken throughout our stay here. We sat at the machines for a couple of hours at each time but the servers rarely came around to take drink orders. We ended up going to other hotels to play games. But the dining options were nice and the hotel location was great.

Even i have been in this hotel many times i recive a room with roof view and queen bed. When I ask for a change they didn't do it. I had to wait until next afternoon. I had to go to the front desk 5 times to get it. It's not what they use to be. Its a shame

The property seemed clean enough but staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the Duece bus in town, couldn’t share stops or help us just told to take taxi if we could. Couldn’t get dinner anywhere in hotel all booked. Also room service came one day and MOVED ALL OF OUR THINGS. They folded clothes organized my bathroom things down to zipping my bag with all my things thrown back in it to make it look clean. I did not like my things being touched. It is one thing to clean the room another to touch someone else’s belongings. We only did room service that one day!! Also, lack of outlets in room, and couldn’t use the fridge because it charged you. I’ve never had a room fridge I couldn’t use. Did not like that! It was a mediocre stay.
