The staff and service at this location are phenomenal the area is clean the room was very clean. Well kept and cleaned outdoor pool. The daily breakfast was a bonus, especially for families with children.

The front staff was friendly and there was a good full breakfast every morning. And it’s just a twenty minute drive to the French quarter and three minutes to the swamp tours.

I like this motel no major complaints.
Room was very lovely.

We there for 3 nights for granddaughter volleyball tournament I requested to have room clean but they never clean it. Shower need some bleach The bed makes loud noise due to the iron frame Breakfast no water you fave to purchase it

Moist carpets. Came for tournament and kid had a fracture. Asked front desk if we could extend checkout by 30 to 60 minutes as kid could rest as I had to wrap up the packing and he did not accommodate.

Location and access to the city is okay. From value proposition ok. But the hotel smells like mildew and mold throughout including the room. We had to ask for air spray daily and run AC all day which helped some but it was bad. Room including carpet felt damp even though it wasn't humid yet when there.
We left item there with an airtag by accident. Called the hotel and went back and said nothing was found after we checked out. However we saw the air tag go from hotel to a home. We asked them if they can help retrieve it as it had to be an employee since nobody else was in our room yet. We said no question ask just want it back and they said they ghosted us I never responding back again.
Definitely wouldn't stay here and shady staff.

The hotel has potential, but it requires some urgent maintenance. I noticed peeling paint, broken fixtures, plumbing problems, faulty air conditioning], which affected the overall experience. A little attention to upkeep would greatly improve the comfort of guests. For the price paid, I expected better quality. While the location/service was great, the condition of the facilities did not justify the cost. Investing in upgrades and maintenance would make this hotel a much better value for travelers.

It was close to the event center, where we participated in a competition. However, there were no sidewalks so that I couldn't walk there.
Morning breakfast was basic and sufficient.
The facility and room were clean enough. I had to ask for shampoo, as my room was supplied with only conditioner. The elevator didn't work, but we only managed one flight of steps.
It was a good enough place to stay for a brief period. I would stay again if we had an event at the local event center, but other nicer places might be nearby.
