I would like to highly recommend Josiah. This young man gave excellent service care. He went beyond and out of the way to assist me. He made my stay and visit very comfortable, and he was very concerned helping me out getting to where I needed to go. This young man was excellent. I pray he get recognized for his outstanding work.

Everything was great! The breakfast was not the best but had a good variety. Highly suggest getting rid of plastic utensils and paper plates and go back to regular plate ware and silverware. Overall our stay was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only constructive criticisms: Breakfast would have been better if there was fresh fruit available. I did not see a recycling receptacle in my room. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

It literally took 20 calls to cance the reservation and reschedule for a day later....HOTELS.COM is a horrible way to rent a hotel room... Take our $$$ and make it impossible to make a change...endless phone tree deadends ...endless calls "I'll transfer your"...click...I can't make a change click...HORRIBLE
