I always get a room with a couch or easy chair as my back makes sitting on the bed painful.....the couch here was filthy with a capital F. The manager brought a bedspread a sheet to help me cover it so I could sit on something clean. I have stayed here many many times, this was the first bad experience I had and they were very accomodating to help me get it covered. That kind of dirt doesn't show up in a day. They have many construction people stay there......so they need to stay on top of the conditions of the furniture.

This was our second trip to this hotel a year apart and our experience was bad for the same reason: the obnoxious, pervasive smell of the particular cleaning products they use (Eco Lab). From the lobby to the hallways to the breakfast area, the whole place smells horrible. The smell also seeped into our room, causing us to have to go to a store on our first night and buy a plug-in to combat the smell. The hotel is otherwise adequate for our needs, but we can't stay here again. Please do something about the cleaning products used here! This isn't the first review to mention the smell!

The staff was not professional. My reservation was through Expedia and the reception said the payment information was not transmitted to the hotel and hold back my check in for a long time when we arrived around midnight.
