Best Western Plus Seminole Hotel & Suites

Pretty straight forward location. Easy to get in and out of. Saved a few dollars staying here over Odessa. Staff was nice.

Nice room for a nice price. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best shower of the trip so far. Did have a group of noisy people somewhere near us who chattered until 1 am, but that can happen anywhere.

Elevator wasnt working. No accommodation for my disabled husband. No discount offered. $100 incidental charge with nothing to spend it on.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for all staff. While using the pool with my disabled grandson, we followed the posted instructions to request a battery for the pool chair lift. The equipment was there, and the sign clearly stated to ask staff for assistance. When we asked a blonde staff member (whose name we did not get), she rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know how to help. I told her we’d be swimming for a while and that she had time to get assistance. She never returned, never followed up, and the service was never provided. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was a blatant disregard for a posted ADA accommodation. Thankfully, several adults were with us, and we were able to safely lift my grandson from the pool to his wheelchair. But no family should be put in that position when equipment and procedures are supposedly in place. We left feeling ignored and deeply disrespected. Accessibility is not optional, and accommodations are not a courtesy—they’re a legal and ethical responsibility. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to respond appropriately and respectfully moving forward.

Almost perfect but them Room Window curtains came with a design flaw. The inner curtain to block out the Sun dont fully close.

It was a great stay. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, and clean. The breakfast went hard in the paint! lol really good breakfast. Simple but perfect.

I made a mistake and reserved the room for February 5. I arrived at the hotel February 4 and the hotel could not move my reservation because I booked it through Hotels.com. I tried contacting Hotels.com through the virtual chat and could not get a response.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great a lot of options.
