It was very dirty. Smelled really bad. Super out dated. Broken blinds, lights didn’t work. Paid way too much for the room’s quality.

This property is an extended stay in Columbia, Missouri, for the locals who are unfortunately down on their luck. The description did not mention that this was an extended stay. There’s nothing wrong with an extended stay, but this particular one was not the best. There were people there who were obviously on drugs. I paid for two nights and only stayed one.

Great help and friendliness from the front desk staff but the hotel was extremely dirty, smokey, broken fans etc.... The hall way was dirty and smelly. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was free. This hotel should be torn down. I don't think you can even remodel this place that's how bad it is...

A little older property than expexcted. Rooms are as listed, just worn. Definitely an extended stay with residents sitting out front all day. Staff was nice.

No control for tv. No shampoo. No cups to drink from. Several wall plugs didn’t work. Lights above bed didn’t work. Dogs barking in the hall. Man walking around inside with open container of liquor. Awful. Never again!

Room was not clean- in terms of several patches on the wall repaired but not painted to match the rest of the walls, one light fixture were missing bulb in both sockets. There’s a big gap between the floor and the room enterance door. Smoke alarm was covered in plastic bag. I noticed a newer alarm on the wall- at least take the old one out and patch up the hole, to match other patches!
When I first enter the hotel, there were a strong smell of smoking. When I got to my floor, the smell is still around but less. I noticed there were a lot of people living at this hotel as it is an “extended stay”.
The receptionist was so nice and sweet but I would not go back there.

This place should not be on your list of places to stay. Reserved a two bed non smoking room. When I arrived they had one two bed room left and told me to check it before I paid because they didn’t give refunds. While the lobby stunk the hall and room wasn’t bad for the price. I did notice loud children. After I paid I was informed that they did allow smoking of everything in their rooms. It also appears to be more of a halfway house than a hotel. Their description should definitely describe the place better than it did if you are going to keep them on your site. Worst place I’ve ever gotten off of here. Didn’t finish the stay ate it and went to a different hotel after the second night.

Worse "hotel" I've ever stayed in. I left after in it for an hour. smelled of smoke, loud in the halls, holes in the walls, dirty. I want my money back.

When I arrived there was a note in the desk saying they would return in a few minutes. 10-15 later the clerk rudely let us know that even though we booked online there were no rooms available. I’m actually glad though, that looked like a terrible place to stay.
