We came for a Bills game. The hotel rooms appear to be recently updated. Everything was comfortable, clean, well maintained. The shower was amazing with a large shower head and a wand, so for kids that take a bath, you can rinse their hair with ease. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. It's about halfway between Buffalo and Niagra Falls, which worked well for our purposes. We would stay here again.

Decently clean and well priced for location, but the breakfast was a joke (not very good food - no toaster? Really? - and extremely inconvenient to locate, not to mention having to pick up your food in one room, go to another room down a hallway to see if there were seats, which there were not when I tried, and then … stand around and try to eat eggs while holding your plate and your four-year-old’s cereal?). Room cleaning was inconsistent over our four night stay as well. Will not stay again.

The staff was very polite and kind. They didn’t have enough service at the front desk. I had to wait in line to get checked in for over a half an hour and I already had reservations.
I hated the fact that they had no microwave in the room or clock. The coffee maker in the room was very cheep. I was hoping they had a Keurig machine, as I like to travel with my brand of K- cups.

I appreciated that front desk changed my room to a shower/tub combo room that i originally was supposed to be in but the new room i was moved to i was awaken to saws and beatting with hammers from room remodeling right across from my door. Im in room 230. Jarrett Webb

Newly and nicely remodeled but thin walls and easy to hear slamming room doors. Long walk from the front to the elevators. Paid for breakfast buffet - not great. Variety of items but not cooked well. Bar nice. Friendly staff. Hung my towels as instructed but they washed them anyway. Overall decent but will try another hotel next time.
