Very cosy and comfortable hotel, nice feeling all along. Amine at the reception gave a warm welcome, setting a great tone from a get-go. Everything worked well and nice amenities in the room. Clean and a good condition
Areas of improvement: the air in the room smelled not the best upon entering, almost as if some smoke. And a robe would be great, though understand this is a 3* hotel (though not price wise…)

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and in a great location. The bed was very comfortable too and they clean the rooms every day which is nice

Great location, about a 10 minute leisurely walk to the White House. The room was as pictured. Other canopy hotels offer room service, unfortunate this one doesn’t. Otherwise a good stay.

We arrived at 3:30, after check in time. Our room, the presidential suite, was not ready for another 45 min. No reason given, nothing was offered, ie drink in the bar, complimentary breakfast etc. after a 6.5 hour drive we were guided to sit in the lobby and wait.
