Ran shower for over 15 minutes, no hot water. Sink water was lukewarm at best.

This well-kept hotel is located near shopping, restaurants, & freeways. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Good location, but the property needs updating. On our first day as we had breakfast, we listened to 2 different guests checking out who had problems with their rooms. In our room, the toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle, and the room smelled musty. Despite most hotels cleaning every day nowadays, this hotel still only cleans every 3 days. The main problem was the other guests - the hotel seems to cater to kids sporting trips, so on our Friday evening, we got to listen to a boys lacross team run yelling up and down the hallways and jump around in their rooms until after midnight. The front desk tried to quiet them down, but weren't successful and had no solution except to move us. Saturday night was nearly as bad. Yay for earplugs... Would not stay at this property again.Definitely would not recommend.

Clean, well kept, conveniently located with good service. Stayed for a few nights and enjoyed it overall. Two complaints, that aren’t huge, but would’ve made the stay excellent. First, water pressure could use some improvement. Second, when calling the front desk (later in the evening) to ask for bedding for the pull out, he wasn’t helpful at all. Just said they are out and wanted me off the phone. No attempt to help at all. Which was odd given the level of service we otherwise received had been great.

The elevators were down during our entire stay. It would have been nice to know in advance, as my husband had knee replacement surgery & stairs are difficult enough, let alone having to do it while carrying bags! If we had known, we would have requested to have a room on the ground floor. Other than that, our stay was good

The hotel and our room was very organized and looked very clean. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We felt safe. The intake front desk clerk was not a people person. It seemed like I interrupted something because I had to ring the bell 3 times, and I could hear talking in the back room. Once she came out the chatter stopped. The morning clerk, he was very nice and friendly. He even came out from behind the desk counter to ask how we liked our stay, instead of just standing back there. We would stay there again. I would have given 5 stars if not for the attitude of the lady who checked us in.

The room we had was very clean but small. I had surgery the next morning at Methodist Hospital downtown. The lighting in the bathroom area was very dim and should be upgraded.

Missing battery cover on remote to tv(not safe for children), missing and broken handles on drawers and shower door. Shower tiles and grout dirty on bottom of shower. Piece of food on carpet.

Our stay was perfect. Clean, plenty of towels, close to all events we were planning.

Easy to park and get to. Close to shopping and lots of dining options

Semi interested staff at check in. Many holes in presentation. Just sign here. Fruit drinks tasteless at breakfast bar. Hallways carpet & walls were marked up. Unpleasant pot smells in halls went un-policed. Lobby & our room were clean & nice.

Very convenient and easy to find! Very welcoming!
