This place was just fine, especially for the price. Nice walkable area. Very convenient to get to Manhattan by train, but not as convenient to get to other parts of Brooklyn. There was a stain on the wall and a stain on our comforter but other than that our room was very clean.

Place to stay just one night — affordable (considering it’s Brooklyn!) — few minor things (one light wasn’t working in room / bathroom door didn’t catch to close) mentioned to manager who addressed them immediately — he also made smoothies for everyone at breakfast! Pleasant stay

Great friendly staff, and hotel was safe. Bathrooms are well appointed (we appreciated the nightlight). My only complaint is the breakfast area - there were never enough seats and as hard as the employees worked, the food was not replenished very well.

I enjoyed my stay

The property was fine, but the staff really left something to be desired. They were not welcoming by any means and it felt more like we were bothering them. The keycards were also a problem as they would stop working anytime we left the building and came back. We were forced to interact with staff who just continued to be short. I would definitely stay again for location alone.

Very clean, modernized, felt safe. Polite staff. I would give 5 stars except for: Housekeeping: room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day; it was cleaned 3rd day after I requested, but no cups were replaced for coffee and water. Lack of attention to detail. Hot water: shower water was lukewarm Room was stuffy and hot, despite all my attempts with the thermostat.

Review: I had a pleasant stay overall, but there were a few things worth mentioning. Location & Cleanliness: 
The hotel is in a quiet area and very clean, which was great for a peaceful stay. Issue with Smoking:
 However, one night during my stay, the floor smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, despite the hotel being advertised as smoke-free. I mentioned it to the staff, but I was told that due to legal restrictions, they couldn’t inspect each room to determine the source of the smell. While I understand that some people may smoke, it’s important to be considerate of others. The smoke filled the hallway, and there’s no ventilation in hotels to air it out properly. Breakfast:
 A highlight of the stay was the breakfast. It’s a continental breakfast, and it was a nice way to start the day. The coffee quality varied, some days it was good, while other days it was just okay. Room:
 The room itself was very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the bathroom had everything I needed for my stay. Staff:

Property was ok with good breakfast, what went terribly wrong was the parking. We booked the hotel room almost 3 months in advance, but still when we reached for check in receptionist told us no parking at all and you have to find spot. This was very inconvenient and spoiled all our plans to visit the city. We searched for almost 2-3 hours and couldn’t find a spot. It was very windy and cold that day. When we tried all options, we again requested the receptionist at around 10:45 in the night to let us park then somehow she called someone and arranged space for for parking. This spoiled my entire evening and family ended up in the room and I ended up searching for parking for at least 4-5 hours. Big no no to this property as, I end up paying close to 40 dollars after struggling to find parking spot elsewhere while roaming here and there to search a spot in windy and cold evening. Will not be going to this place again.

Service was amazingg!!

I had to check out early due to an emergency and asked to have them credit me for prepaid parking I was told by Hailey at the front desk that she would have the manager call me. He never called. Won’t stay here again because of this poor service decision.
