The staff was extended professional when I checked in, the room was clean and renovated, everything was beautiful for the $118 I paid! Close to places to eat and things to do! I’ll definitely stay here again.

The internet access was excellent and allowed me to complete time sensitive work. The staff was good, but could have been more welcoming and present. The room was very clean and organized; I could tell upon walking in that the room was clean. Really great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this fairly new but well-established hotel. From the moment I called to inquire about early check-in, the staff was honest and accommodating. They let me know up front that the digital key system was temporarily down but reassured me there would be plenty of staff on hand to assist with room entry. They even offered me the chance to cancel without penalty if that was an issue. I appreciated the transparency and chose to move forward with the booking—and I’m so glad I did! The hotel itself was lovely—modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was impressively quiet, especially considering how close the hotel is to the airport. I was genuinely surprised at how peaceful it was and had a great night’s sleep. Although I had to leave early and didn’t get to try the breakfast, everything else about my stay made it a 5-star experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

When we arrived, their electronic key system was not working so they were able to give us keys to our room. They said when the problem was resolved, they would bring us the keys. They never did. We needed to keep somebody in the room at all times so we were not locked out.

Good location but AC is loud, complained to the receptionist but didn't do anything about it

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean. Only thing is the Wi-Fi kept connecting and disconnecting and I couldn’t watch my favorite TV show.

Courteous staff and very clean. Lobby needed a little maintenance but rooms were in good condition.

Living in Colorado Springs for 32 years and sold our Home. We stayed here for 5 Days, the check-in on Monday was Nightmare, the line was long. Then we get a Suite for 3 griwn ups on the 3rd Floor which was for hearing Impaired People,nothing would have worked for them :-( Every morning we gad People above us getting up at 4 am for 4 Days wake us up. The fifth Day we had a Family ab9ve us who checked in close to.midnight kids running for 20 min through the Room. No CRoet in Rooms only PVL which I like but very noisy for people below you since they have a,Desk Chair going back and forth. When we che jed in no Linens in the Room for foldout Bed, so back to the front desk, which I got no Blankets available, but this young Girl said she will bring it up ( yea to busy texting on the Phone). Called the front desk no.one picked upso I gave my Son my cover andmy Husband and I slept together in an tight Queen Bed. Next morning at 6 am great Breakfast we were the first because we had the Packers coming.I cantsay that sbout the next 3 Days that Guy who had the Breakfast Duty (middle Eastern decent or Latino) was a,disaster, one Day the place was packed with Guests no Food ,Chafing Trays empty etc abd this Guy was busy in the backroom on his Phone ( fire him People will take his duty with gladness). Yesterday no Apple Juice 3 fountains only had water so my Husband, foynd him.in his favorite hidingplace again with his beloved phone and told him that all three were only water " he knew.
