Comfort Suites London South

I was not aware ahead of time that they were doing construction within the building. So, it was very dusty all around (including where food was being served) and the noisy work would start as early as 7 am. The staff was fine. They seemed pleasant enough. They just didn't speak much while assisting you, very quiet. Bed was comfy and room looked nicely updated. However, it was like the room wasn't finished. We had no dresser or anywhere to put our clothing. And although the phone shelf was a nice touch, it should've been placed by the bed. We also had no toilet paper when we checked in but was able to get some with no issues.

Staff excellent and was quick in getting extra blankets for our room. Property is clean. They are renovating but they made sure our room was on a different floor to not have the noise of renovation. Would stay again

This hotel was listed as no pets ,but the room across from me had two barking dogs that woke me several times. The young man at the desk was uncaring and rude. Very limited breakfast. I won’t stay here again.

Undergoing a much needed renovation. Room was fine, but the common areas are very worn. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. But the construction noise indicates they are possibly in the process of that. The lobby had holes in the floor. No one was at the desk when I arrived at 3:00 pm. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in. The room smelled musty. There was dust everywhere in the room and food wrappers on the floor near the bed. The desk chair was broken. The bathroom was clean. The bedspread was stained

Overall everything was good. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was friendly. The amenities were also very good.

The 2nd floor was being renovated, so it was loud and messy. Also, lots of building materials were laying outside. The bottom floor had not been updated. The halls smelled so bad. I don't know if there were bedbugs, but I had welts on my legs and back.

This particular hotel was collecting donations for all the tornado victims in London Kentucky and surrounding areas. Locals were bringing in meals for those staying at the Hotel who lost their homes. This felt personal and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful

The carpets had a bad smell and the property was under construction.

It was under construction without our knowledge until we arrived. The crew worked late hours and through the weekend so we couldn’t get rest. The pool water was green. We have picture.

Everything was great but I got the room bc I thought you guys had a nice pool and I end up paying same price pool shut down

They were renovating so, it was a little messy. Our room was okay. The bathroom tile was missing pieces of grout, so it wasn't great to walk on and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice seating area. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good.

I have a video of piled up disgusting mattresses on the side of the hotel, open doors on the floor, doors off the hinges and leaning on the walls, with major construction and a strong smell of the Middle East. Gross. Run. Not safe!!!

This is the first time we have had an issue with Comfort Suites. The London KY location demonstrated poor service, lack of respect for customer, and did not honor our reservation details.

Decent hotel but could use some updating.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. The pool ended up being out of order when we got there. The hotel room was dirty and gross.

Good breakfast, parking, staff attention

I was very upset to find the swimming pool out of order. We travelled 13 hours with kids and arrived here to find the pool closed. There was many cheaper hotels in the area with a pool but wanted to use this one .

Very nice place. They were in the middle of updating so I'm sure it will be better.
