The Conrad is a nice calm in the Las Vegas storm of noise. The only disappointment is the complete failure of their automated system for services. It couldn't respond to my request, it couldn't direct me to the front desk, and it disconnected me twice, sending me to a busy signal. If you are going to get rid of the staff, pay for a service that can deliver.

Be prepared to pay extra for everything, in room bottle of water is $14, bar prices through the roof, resort fees are high, description said coffee machine in room, not true, customer service is below average
Rooms are spacious and clean. They charge you high deposit , did not get it back yet! Wont stay here again.

They didn't offer us any of our perks either from expedia or platinum amex.Even after I uncomfortably mentioned it. They did not honor VIP perks for either. Paid to go to the Spa EVERYONE IN THE SPA was on their phones
inappropriate. Staff did nothing said nothing. Put us on the 6th floor roof view. Probably won't be back, it was a favorite hotel. :(

Check In was an over 45 minute wait. Not a convenient check in process and the self check in was not working. so we had no choice but to wait. People in the vip line were being helped before the 10 or so of us waiting in the normal check in line.

We were very happy staying here with our kids. Such a nice clean hotel. Great pool and dining options for us and the kids. Definitely would go back. Spa was top notch as well.

The 1 bedroom suite was beautiful, clean and very specious, great shower and bathroom.
1/3 of the restaurant were closed, food was mediocre and extremely over priced. 3/4 of the restaurant are Asian, after 2 days, we didn’t know were to eat in the resort and eat at other resort.
Conrad was empty and didn’t feel like Vegas , we go to Vegas 3 times a year and wanted to try somewhere new.
We like the palazzo, cosmo or bellagio way better
