Very nice front desk folks. Pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room! (Hallways heading to the room looked a little beat up). Left too early for breakfast, but will probably stay again because it's priced well and easy to access from I-20.

Appearance from outside looks nice, but the inside was definitely not. Our room was not clean…dirty floors, stains on carpet and walls and did not smell well at all. Little to no insulation in walls so we could hear neighbor’s TV all night. The only positive note is the front desk staff was pleasant and fixed our key card when it did not work the first time issued.

The floors in the elevator and hallway had food matter on them the first couple days, but then all was cleaned.

Was coming off. Some areas in the bedroom look like caulking paint need to be redone Carpet in the common areas were stained. Staff is very nice.
