Had a last minute stop and overnight in LAX. Hotel was close and convenient. Timed the shuttles perfectly and never had to wait. Room was clean and quiet.

We checked in very late so didn’t see the surrounding area. Although the view out the window was a parking garage. The room was big and comfortable and very quiet. Hotel and room was very clean although there were some stains on the carpet in the room. We would definitely stay here again. Slightly disappointed there is no complementary breakfast

I order a salad and it missed some ingredients and babyribs and the photo show 5 pieces and it send only one. I had to call room service and the send what it was missing of my salad and more ribs. They were cordial and it was quickly. But, you need to supervise better how the food is delivered.

Everything but the pullout bed was awesome! My daughter slept on the pullout and found it to be hard and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend using the pullout unless desperate.

Our room had an odor when we walked in. We were gone all day Sunday and left the hanger on the door for the room t o be cleaned. It was not cleaned. I asked if they clean everyday and they said yes.

The staff was super nice! The room was odd- sink outside of bathroom and door to bathroom opening directly onto beds. Fridge did not work, ice machine on floor was not working, gym equipment was out of order. Very convenient to airport.
