Front desk is amazing. All the staff is super kind, rooms are great 6/5

My ac did not work and it was the weekend andcthey told me they didn’t have an engineer at the moment to fix it and the room was super hot.

Perfect stay for me and my kids. Not too far from the San Diego zoo. The room was spacious and amenities were great. Just wish parking wasn’t so expensive

Room was hot. AC temp not accurate. Flat pillows. Hard bed

If your looking for a place to not sleep this is your place there is a club right outside so all night expect loud base vibrations and we were on the 9th floor we were told ahead of time before booking with staff that we would not hear anything especially on 9th floor and we were told the club will be closed since it’s a Sunday well they were definitely wrong all night no sleep we called and complained and the lady on phone says “well there’s head phones next to the bed” completely disregarding how we felt the music and vibration lasted till 4 Am completely ridiculous the hotel did nothing to help we had to go through Expedia and file a complaint and they were able to get us a partial refund thank goodness for Expedia if it was from the hotel they didn’t want to give us anything at all worst experience!!!

Excellent stay and near petco park

I liked the rooftop bar and my room had a great view. Luckily, it was during the week, so noise wasn't a problem. There was a problem with my reservation (my fault) and the staff was very nice about it.

No hot water we need to move to other hotel

Excellent service from the reception staff

Room is very small, but you get what you pay for. Staff was great, very clean, it was a great stay. FYI parking is $65/night!!!!! But that’s everywhere in downtown SD

Parking is a pain but overall a good experience

The staff was rude and did not care to fix our room door that would not lock. Creating a huge safety issue, when we went up to the front desk and spoke with the staff they were rude and blew us off and said “sure we’ll fix it” they also did not care that the TV was broken.

The room is very small but it was kept clean. It was quiet, safe and walking distance to our places of interest. The staff was great!
