I had booked this for my daughter and a friend and upon arrival they felt very unsafe. There were many signs about safety and locking your belongings and deadbolting your door and just very sketchy grounds-not well taken care of… the room was dirty and paint was chipping off the walls and it was kinda dark and just meh. Not a great or safe experience for two young girls…

I’ve stayed at this property before and previously found it to be average but convenient for a quick trip. Unfortunately, after our most recent experience, I will not be returning. During our stay, my children and I were swimming when a sudden storm rolled in. As we were leaving the pool area, a strong gust of wind caused a table to blow over, striking my 7-year-old daughter in the head and knocking her down. When I reported the incident, I was shocked by the response from the property manager. Rather than showing concern, he accused me of being in the pool after it was closed—an accusation that was completely false. The pool gate is secured with a padlock when closed, and it’s absurd to suggest I would have lifted four young children (ages 9, 7, 2, and 1) over a locked gate. Additionally, the service was far from accommodating. My mother-in-law asked for an extra towel, as the room only had two for both her and my father-in-law, and was told she needed to bring her used towel to the office in order to receive a clean one. The overall treatment by staff was unprofessional and dismissive. I expected basic courtesy and safety, neither of which were provided. I hope management addresses these issues, but based on this experience, we will not be staying here again.

First of all rooms very small. They don't like to give you extra towels, washcloths for any reason. I needed an extra towel so that i could wash my hair after swimming, the owner/manager wanted to argue with me for 5 minutes. Telling me that i needed to bring back a towel before he would give me another. I was explaining that i was still using the other too. Then we were out swimming, me my husband our son and daughter in law and 4 grandchildren. A strom moved in very quick (winds over 60 mph) we were trying to all get out and gather all stuff when the tables and chairs started flying all over half end in bottom of pool, but not before 1 of the table knocked my granddaughter over leaving her with plenty of big scapes and bruises. Trees had broken limbs unto other people vehicles. After the owner/manager came out and tried getting tables and chairs out pool then put padlock on gate and closing the pool. Then when he removed all the large limbs off of people's vehicles then lying to them about it. He got angry when we had to ask for a room key because we accidentally walked out of room without it. That's when we had shown him how bad our granddaughter was beat up by table and he accused us of being in the pool area after he closed it down. Like we would have really all jumped the fence to get in there. We had probably been out there 2 hours before storm moved it. They have a vending machine for snacks but they put cold stuff in same one and unfortunately must had been ma

We were on the third floor with no elevator. Also, there was a smell on the property assuming from recent plumbing issues. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pictures make it look kind of ran down, beds look uncomfortable, doesn’t look too clean, but it’s not that at all. Only complain was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best, everything else was good. Beds were comfy (if you like more firm which is what I prefer) the rooms were very clean and the lady who greeted me was very nice.

Very friendly. Room was cool and clean. Outside pool was very well maintained. The only thing I would say is the flooring on the outside upstairs needs to be reinforced. There are several soft spots walking to your room.

BATE AND SWITCH! The photos online are very deceiving! We rented one of their "suites" and were told when we got there it was a "handicap room." The listing I booked said NOTHING about handicap. He assured us that "suites" were all handicap rooms, even though there is a sign on the billboard right outside selling "jacuzzi suites." When we got into the room, the window was covered with snotty dog nose prints and there were pills from the previous tennet under the bed. The light above the bed never worked, and as we were leaving to check out, the main light stopped working, too. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The shower faucet was nearly impossible to move, and even when you got it to turn on, there was NO water pressure, and you couldn't change the temperature without basically turning it off and back on. The second night of our stay, we heard a loud, strange noise. It was the moulding under the sink sliding down the wall! The next day, our room smelled terrible, like chemicals and electrical fire, and we couldn't figure out why. As far as their "hot breakfast" goes, it is the same thing every day: make your own waffles and the WORST biscuits and gravy I have ever had in my life. We couldnt stomach it and ended up eating out for the rest of our stay. This place is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Clean room. Updates have been made but corners have been cut and the updates seem incomplete. Simple but acceptable for a few nights while in the area. Breakfast is extremely underwhelming. Under baked biscuits, packet pepper gravy (does not include sausage), no eggs, no potatoes, no sausage/meat, and lacking fruit options. Did have packaged muffins, toast, plain bagels, and packaged oatmeal.
