This hotel is nice, clean and at a convenient location. The hotel has a bar, restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby. The staff at the Wisteria restaurant downstairs were nice, however, the service is not great. The staff needs better training as there is long wait times for everything you need because they don't check on you. I had to look for the waiter who was MIA for a while and she was at the bottom of the steps on her phone. I went two days for brunch and service was the same both days with different staff. Besides that the food and drinks were good.
The hotel is walking distance from Boston Common park, AMC theater, restaurants (including the famous Cheers bar). Parking at the hotel is not free. I saw a sign that said $65 a day for parking.

I was downgraded upon check in, told they could not do anything for me because I booked through a third party (Expedia) and then lied to about a room that was available then suddenly unavailable. The staff was so rude and then talked about me amongst themselves when I left the counter when I was still in earshot. Terrible customer/guest service.

The hotel was in a good location close to the shopping centre and the harbour area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly the room was not clean on arrival. Dust had gathered in the handles of the dated furniture and had not been cleaned. We had plumbing issues with both the toilet and basin tap. Towels and bedding had holes in. We were visiting during the marathon and paid almost £3,000 for the room for 6 nights, no food included. This was not a first class experience.

Room I booked wasn’t “ready” and I showed up two hours after check in. Offered me two other options then told me those also weren’t “ready” finally got a room even though I booked 2 weeks ahead to not deal with this. There’s no parking, only hotel I’ve ever seen this issue with? And they walked into my room no knock at 8:30 am. Check out is 11. Why were they in my room so early but no rooms were clean or available when I book 2 weeks ahead and pre pay?

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful.Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It was walking distance to the metro. It was the perfect hotel for our vacation. My only complaint was that parking was expensive and an added charge. It was something like $63 a day, but I hadn’t budgeted for.

I am surprised that the hotel ask for a USD100/night deposit but never show this in the website. It means 700 for 7 noght, if over 7 days, you need to pay further deposit at day 7. It is very uncomfortable to me as im not ready much additional funding for this booking even i know they will not be charged.

The room had outlets that were too loose to hold a plug. The hairdryer was broken and there was a weird noise that was annoying at night. Overall the whole place needs some attention

My experience was amazing. Milagros in front Desk provided exceptional customer service by recommending places to visit in downtown Boston, helping to request by cab to the airport and answering all my questions. Julian was really nice when helping us in the restaurant. Juana , the house keeper was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms on time. Will definitely come back to this place!
