Wonderful staff!! I arrived early and was able to check in early. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Architecture pueblo style blending in with Santa Fe culture.

Easy check in, the desk agent went above and beyond to help out. Property was clean and pleasant

The staff at the hotel was excellent. The lounge service was excellent. Great bartender. Welcoming and very accomodating.

The room was very dirty. Visible spiderwebs on lamps. Dirty shower.

My Uhaul was not broken into! The guy at the counter was WAY nice and gave me cookies!!

In a single word: HORRIBLE. We booked a king through Expedia and got a room with 2 double beds. They said they were fully booked so there was nothing they could do. We could talk to the manager on Monday, because there is no manager on the weekends. ???? We are only staying one night (Saturday) so that doesn’t help. The room itself has stains on the carpet, a patched hole in the wall and other wall damage. The furniture is old and dated, as well as the bathroom. No body wash or body soap. Only shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Safe was broken. Strange brown stains on wall next toilet. The phone to call downstairs has lots of static. The area is sketch. Homeless people in the area. Right next door is a hotel that rents monthly. Elevator is extremely slow so be prepared to wait a while. The only positive was the warm cookies upon checking in.

Felt old and in need of a make- over. It was ok but look for somewhere else if possible. Staff was not engaging and seemed to have other things to do. Seldom at front desk

Hotel lost the reservation and we had to pay for a room on top of the hotels.com reservation

Just a one night stay didn’t go in the pools but seemed not too clean. But seemed pretty clean everywhere else in hotel. unfortunately the Kitchen wasnt working for hot food that was a disappointment bc we had no car.. but the people were friendly .. nice to have shuttle service to airport very early morning

All was very good. Super cozy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast. One issue. There were Loud contractors on the floor above my room between 3p-8p. on Saturday night 4/19 unfortunately. The front desk helped and asked them to be quiet.

The staff were excellent! The room was solid and the pool / hot tub mediocre. The the general layout of the hotel was really nice!

Cleanness and area

Service was amazing, every employee at the hotel was helpful and courteous. The lounge and breakfast buffet were great. Definitely will return for next Santa Fe trip.

Staff. Period. Very good. Professional, courteous and welcoming. You can’t teach this. Well done with your hiring.
