Lobby is beautiful

Every time my 6 yr old would walk around the room his feet would turn black. We had to ask for a.fan because our room was humid and hot at night. The building controls the a/c so the thermostat in the room is useless. The only saving grace was the breakfast.

We had previously stayed here and everything was great. However this time not sure what the reason why the room wasn't cleaned properly. But if you come into a room and see pillows looked like they were just thrown on bed and notice sink had water spots and night stand wasn't cleaned right. Plus the AC wouldn't go below 75 degrees.

The hotel is pretty much in good shape, but the balconies were very dirty. And if you look outside the building and look on the ledges, spiderwebs and debris could be brushed off, would look a lot better. And the bar close to early. All in all, I would definitely would stay again at the Embassy suites. Thank you so much.

The two lady’s at the front desk in the day shift were both rude and not helpful at all , kids running the hallways back and forth after 10pm all hours of the night , the room was cold ALL of the time we had to ask for a heater because the air conditioner did not work for heat. The door handler fell off the door in the room, curtains was ripped off when we first arrived. I e stayed at embassy suites all over the states and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Pool is too cold they laying about temperature we can’t enjoy pool time until the last day finally they start heating up after hundred times back and forth every body gives me different answers.

We felt that the inside of the entry way of the hotel was just beautiful, but the room itself was not the best that I thought it would be. The bathroom itself with the toilet has no strong flush, toilet paper holder was broken & the shower curtain should be replaced to cover the whole rod!! The shower gel pump was not working. The slider was closed completely with outside screen torn up. Disappointed in that, but overall it was ok!

The Manager was Amazing! He treated my girls and myself with care.

Rooms and main lobby was dirty and run down.

First room they gave us the door was jammed and broken, second room was extremely dusty and dirty. I suffered from allergies the entire night. The linens smelled musty, head board was filthy and the towels had stains all over them. Shower was dripping throughout the night as well even though it was off. Shower in general was filthy. The front desk guy was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a moron when I asked him for plate to microwave a burrito we purchased from there. Later I went back downstairs to request fresh towels he said he would call someone to bring me some. A whole hour goes by, I call to follow up on the towels he said oh, you asked for towels? Very annoying and I know he was messing with me to be rude after our previous interaction. If you don’t like people you should probably get out of the hospitality business. Unbelievable. This is the first time we had a bad experience with embassy suites, usually we have a very great experience, so this was very disappointing. Do not recommend this location.

I got a King size room, very spacious , complete with microwave, mini ref, coffee maker , hair dryer, flat iron, safe 2 TV set , delicious hot breakfast. room is neat , but I didn’t like the smell when you enter the room , “smells like a wet rug” , kinda old, stains in the wall. Parking not included , wifi is not free.. the reception staff was not as welcoming.

It was a beautiful place to stay and the staff was helpful and courteous.The rooms are very comfortable and clean.We plan to go next year to Disneyland but plan to with you because you outdo the Embassy near Disn

Gym was way too small. But breakfast was great and service was wonderful.

John at the ftont desk was amazing. Friendly and personable. Made us feel very welcomed.

The hotel was dated and our trash stayed outside our door from July 10-13…. The tub was dirty and the shower wasn’t working properly and the drainage was poor…. The outside of the hotel was not clean…. Trash was running over the trash can… Disney Land bus never came to pick us up…. The area of the hotel was not in a good area…. Breakfast food was cold…. Very disappointed for it to be an Embassy Suite Hotel…..

I liked the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. When traveling alone it gives the opportunity for community gatherings. During my 4 day stay, the first day my bathroom was not cleaned; but once I spoke up the problem was resolved and the housekeeping staff not only changes the towels but cleaned the restroom as well. I would stay here again.

Our stay here was excellent! The room was spacious, the breakfast was more than sufficient, and the facilities overall are well maintained and modern.

We had a great stay at embassy suites. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the evening snacks and drinks were nice bonus. Very good experience
