Everything was good until the fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm when we had just fell asleep .
The problem is that it stoped quickly but we didn’t know what to do , everyone was outside in the hallway trying to figure out what to do after about 20 minutes of eating someone came to say it was a false alarm . Wish they had said that way before or at least told people what to do .

Our trip was excellent and would be 5 stars except for housekeeping. There was dust on the TV consoles and on the desk. I could have written clean me clear as day. I stopped by the desk and the person apologized and said she’d have the housekeeping supervisor clean our room that day. We come back and it’s the same way. I guess that’s why the regular housekeepers don’t know what to do because the supervisor doesn’t. Breakfast was great, reception was great, walkable to the things we needed to attend. I would definitely recommend it - just learn how to clean please.

We stayed during a very busy time, but unacceptable that every morning they were out of most things for breakfast buffet by 8:30, when breakfast ends at 9. Knowing your almost at capacity, they could have restocked. They held our belongings for an hour after we checked out, and our $50 water bottle got lost. The valet service worked incredibly hard to get everyone their cars.

Very good hotel with an excellent location in the downtown and a large and comfortable interior terrace. All the staff were very friendly, both at reception and at breakfast, which is included with a buffet and the option of making omelettes to taste. Parking is available but not included.
