Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston At Logan Airport

Stay started off well when the female manager was on site, when the male manager ( he was in charge, I assume he was the acting manager) was on site at the front desk, service became less friendly and slower, I think th y were short staffed under his leadership. Beds are old, mattresses need replacement and rooms could use a refresh. Breakfast selection is good. I always appreciate the fresh omelet station and array of hot beverages. Overall would recommend,

Needing a last minute hotel close to Logan Airport, we chose Embassy. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect.

The Embassy is classy and comfortable. It is typically my first choice for a hotel. The staff is always kind and friendly. The quality breakfast buffet is delicious and the ability to order a custom egg meal is fabulous. I was disappointed in the MA law forbidding “happy hour” options. This is a nice feature in the evenings I’ve found visiting other locations. It had been an informal invitation for me to explore the restaurant menu since I am already there. Needless to say, I chose to eat outside of the hotel in the evenings this time because of this. I did not like that parking was $60 per night. This should be reviewed and something better can be offered to guests I think. I do highly recommend the Embassy and look forward to visiting again.
