One of the beds had clearly been slept in I called the service desk and got a virtual assistant requested new bedding and requested to speak to a manager it said someone was on the way and manager wasn’t avail but they wld call me back. No one ever showed up, I cldnt leave my kids in the room alone to go downstairs and no one ever called me back. The bathroom was dirty as well.

They had a great breakfast, but were slow in clearing dishes away so new people could sit. Unfortunately our room had several problems. Both phones didn’t work, shower had more water coming out of the tap part than the shower. Light flicker. Of all the floors in this hotel, only 2 ice machines worked. I had to go to the bar and get ice. They did contact me after our stay and they said they were working on fixing these problems.
It was close to all of our activities we did which was a plus.

The staff are great except for the white woman with the long brown hair. I don't know what her problem is but she snatched paperwork out of hand not just at the check in but when I returned for the check out so it was not a one off instance. Other than that, the stay was comfortable we only needed one night before a early flight. We were pleasantly surprised at the beverage and snack happy hour. We picked this hotel for the airport parking and definitely would return.

Terrible experience after having a decent experience the week prior. I was switched from a room I selected on the honors app to a room on the 12th floor that had bedbugs. I left the room immediately and went to a better and more comfortable friendly establishment. The Residence In next door was wonderful. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but hopefully this can save someone from spending 340 plus dollars a night including parking.

The stay was fine but I am finding impossible to get a receipt. They said it would be emailed and it was not. Been on the phone for 45 minutes talking with 4 different people and none of them could get me a receipt. It was a work trip and I need it for work. Hopefully you could help me. If not I will find another hotel brand. This has never been a problem in the past . Why how. This is so useless to take this much time and difficultly just to get a receipt.
