Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square

Our room was very quiet and comfortable. About the only thing we didn't like was the barn door on the bathroom. There were long lines to check in, but staff was friendly and helpful when available. Long wait for elevators. The breakfast room is large, and we found a clean table when we needed one even though it was a busy time.

Walkable, quite, breakfast and evening cocktails. Restaurant. The best shower and comfortable bed.

Rooms where big and clean

The room was nice and centrally located. Staff was friendly except the bartender at the social hour. He was rude and very short when we asked questions.

Easy check-in, nice room

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel! It was spacious, clean had great views and the beds were comfortable! Some things we didn't like about the property was the parking not being closeby and the check in process was a bit hectic with the congestion from traffic and other people. My family and I agreed that overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel, our room key kept deactivating or maybe it was our door because they did have to change the battery- but over nice hotel! Beautiful views!

Breakfast was kind of flavorless and basic, stale potatoes. Parking is an extra $60 a NIGHT so be prepared to spend an extra $300 if your staying for a week. Pool was smelly. Pillows were so flat. Don’t recommend this stay

Could not connect phone to TV or watch Netflix, etc. had to watch random tv channels only.

We were hoping to check in before 4 pm due to baseball game. That didn’t work out. Didn’t check in until after 8 pm and shower gel soap was empty. An early check in accommodation would have been nice.

Great place to stay. Hotel is next door to where Marnier's/Seahawks play. Breakfast was great. Gym was nice. Free waterfront shuttle stops right in front of the hotel which was a big plus. The waterfront shuttle stops at pikes market place and space needle. Close walk to Chinatown for cheap food. Highly recommend this place.

We went to Seattle for the Little League event at the Mariners game. The Embassy Suites Pioneer Square is the perfect location! We were within walking distance to the stadium, next door to the Amtrak Station, a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront & a 20 minute walk to Pikes Market. The kids loved the Buffet Breakfast, Indoor Pool and were excited to see how nice our room was. The only bad thing is the parking garage is quite a walk with all your luggage since they no longer offer Valet Parking. Also the phone in our room didn’t work so it was difficult to reach the front desk. Otherwise we loved everything!

It was great. The front desk staff were so helpful. We left our bags prior to check in and Dom assisted in dropping off and picking up. She answered all our questions with a smile. The other lady Ryoke was great in getting us a town car to the pier for our cruise. Additionally, the complementary drinks & snacks was a nice surprise. Your breakfast had so many choices. The fruit was so sweet! Overall, great experience.
