What I didnt like was how unprofessional and unaccomodating the staff was to not only my party but we had several other rooms booked with family and friends. We needed extra towels because there was only 2 towels and wash clothes in the room, we also needed extra bedding and blanket and they were hesitant in giving it for the pull out. Refrig was broken and there was blood on stairwell and elevator was broken the 1st night we were there.

Check in at 430pm room not ready had to wait an additional hour..Room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned..Stains on floors.. Hallway not vacuumed or cleaned.. Extremely disappointed in condition of room and hotel .. Would not recommend to family or friends... As you can read this also means I will not be staying here again... The only good thing about my stay was how apologetic Barbara was..if not for her I would have walked out

noisy, too many parties going on, no breakfast it was only a coffee and packaged yogurt (Expedia says breakfast included), not clean, old style place, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, 2 elevators (only 1 is working) it took forever to get up/down, staff is not friendly, I don't recommend neither for any business traveller nor family.

It was just okay. It was filthy and not a well maintained property. It's very dated and stale. Customer service was mediocre. Some of the staff had bad attitudes. The kitchenettes and available kitchen accessories was convenient and the room we had was spacious. But that was the only nice part. I wouldn't stay again.

Only one minus is sink doesnt work properly. The water doesnt go and it takes time. Breakfast need update, at least some juice , fruits. But workers are professional, super nice people! Thank you so much , we will.come back again , price is good

Overall we were very comfortable. What upset me was it was supposed to be a nin smoking hotel but there was strong smell of Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor and got worse Saturday night when my children were going to bed.

Parking was very accessible to room. Location of the hotel was nice and easy to access. Like the layout of the room with kitchenette.

I cannot recommend this property based on my recent experience. I could not use the shower because of broken shower tiles. Unsafe to use. Broken or missing cabinet handles, cold wood floors with no rugs anywhere, kitchen area with no kitchenware, broken trashcan, bed that looked like it had not been changed, unpleasant and and unhelpful staff, terrible cheap vinyl sofa, no comfortable seating, undrinkable coffee, cheap plastic toilet seats that kept sliding off. Stay away from this place. Unsafe and unappealing. I regret staying there. I feel I should get a refund since I couldn’t take a shower my entire visit.

i fully blame myself for forgetting to check reviews before buying ANYTHING like i normally do but that does not excuse the poor experience my family and i had here. seemed like a clean place until you go into your room. it smelled like someone had been living there for years and i can tell that housekeeping (or hotel management) didn’t do a good job with the numerous unpleasant smells, stains, and even misplaced/damaged items. the machines doesn’t even work in this place when i wanted water/ice and it’s not real breakfast you get. it’s basic muffins, oatmeal, coffee. i guess some people have different definitions of breakfast. came here for a good time but highly disappointed with my stay. do not recommend

After going to the wrong location a few miles away we were quickly checked in at the correct hotel. The floor was sticky in the living space. There was only one working elevator which was inconvenient. The room was very humid and the temperature had to be turned very low to get the air conditioning to kick on and relieve the humidity level in the room.

Pool was not functioning, levels were off. Not sure how they are off if someone is checking it daily. That was one of the reasons we stayed. Night staff was rude, lacking communication skills when we were asking for bedding for a pull out. Floor was dirty, walls had stuff on them, tub nasty.

Because it's an Extended Stay, there was a kitchenette which was adequate. Dishes and such were available up on request. The microwave oven rotating plate was in need of washinh which I had to do myself; it should have been done when the room was cleaned. The HVAC unit worked fine. The tiled floor seemed to me was in need of a thorough cleaning. The shower while very modern needed to have the grout cleaned which could have been done with some type of bleach so I don't know how long it had been since that was done. The shower basin was perfectly flat which meant that the water did not drain very fast and I found myself standing in half an inch of water. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was adjustable, and the HVAC unit wasn't too loud to sleep while running.

Checked in at 2:45pm 1st room given to us had not been cleaned at all. 2nd room was supposedly cleaned. Yhe pool was closed for the week and thats the main reason I chose the hotel, 2nd reason I chose hotel was for the breakfast including in the morning which did not happen. Sign on counter even said breakfast from 6:30am to 9am. We went down at 7:30am and there was nothing not even chairs put down at tables. The room was very dirty, blood stains on sheets, pull out couch bed had dirty sheets stained and dirt everywhere, light in bathroom barley worked, had to ask for a coffee pot and when i asked for it the front desk guy acted like it was such an inconveniences for him to "go check to see if they had any" doors to property where left unlocked all night, hallway smelled terrible like wet dog, dogs barking all night in room next to us, smoking area in back corner of building with no light felt very unsafe. Not happy with our 1 night stay at this hotel
