Manager authorized staff to empty all of my belongings from my room while I was out. Even though I had a valid, pre-paid reservation through the following day. Claimed that “since I didn’t have my do not disturb sign” displayed , they assumed I checked out. And left all my belongings. Everything went into the trash. Laptop, medical equipment, clothes, medications. All in the trash.
Did not feel like this was the first time for something like this at this hotel. Avoid at all costs- you are unsafe.

Hotel seemed run down. Pool is closed which was not advertised for the hotel. Room was hot and had the heat on despite warm weather. Took forever to cool the room down. Only offered 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for a couple staying. Had to request more and they asked if I would come get them at the desk. Where is the hospitality? Elevator was beat up and raggedy. Chairs in entry was worn out. Hair in bathroom on counter and in sink. Phone had grit and dirt when I tried calling front desk. Havent even stayed the night yet but this was my observation within the first 30 min

The hotel was under construction, I wasn't award of that when I made reservations. I didn't need staff side from checking in and out so I can't taste them. They were nice for the brief moment I encountered them though.
