Monique the front desk staff member was genuine, courteous and helpful as were the other staff ladies. William the shuttle driver was professional and efficient.
The breakfast staff and the breakfast was very good. The front lobby had coffee at all times, swimming pool was clean and they had snacks to buy on property. A wonderful place to stay with friendly staff.

The conditions inside, it was not very welcoming. I do not know if there were renovations going on but the walls were sand down and not painted. My room was very clean but had a very weird smell but I was only there for two nights. Overall the hotel is clean, it does not appear welcoming with the unfinished walls.

When we checked, and we noticed that the refrigerator did not work in the floor was wet in front of it and the bathroom fan made a very loud clanging noise when you turned the light on. When we reported this to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. Also, we never received housekeeping service and had to request towels.

The beds were very comfortable. The room suited our needs for the one night. Breakfast was not great. It was supposed to be ready by 7 but even by 7:30 things weren't set up and the options were very limited. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and the shuttle driver was very nice!

Under construction, being updated so trim was missing, felt less clean than I would like and just not what I expected from the photos and reviews. Breakfast was sub par. There was a loud beeping in the lobby that was constantly having to be turned off. Would not stay here again.
