Let me start with the positive: staff was nice and accommodating.
Now for the rest: this hotel is poorly built with zero soundproofing. If you're as unlucky as I was to stay underneath people holding what I can only assume were relay races each evening, you will hear every step. There's a big gap between the door and the frame, so every hallway noise—and the elevator if you're nearby—comes through loud and clear. Plus, the TV freezes, the shower squeals and has very weak water pressure, and there’s currently no AC in the hallways, elevators, or gym.

We were given keys to a room already occupied by guests and the front desk worker, who was rude, she didn’t even say a single word. No apology - Nothing!
This is extremely unsafe! If someone had had a weapon and we walk in their room we could have been seriously injured!
There are SO many good choices in this area- this hotel is NOT one of them!!

This trip was nice. Everything was clean. The check in process was easy and fast. Received room service. The breakfast was ok. Too many other places that we liked to eat at instead. The coffee was good along with the OJ. I loved the shower, it has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash if you forgot it. The room was very clean.
