I wish I had gotten the gal's name that was on the desk overnight. I had had a brutal day of traveling, delayed flights, lost bags, arrived 8 hours after my scheduled arrival. She was fantastic, got me in my room super quick & was just so kind.

Great location. Lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
The entire floor smelled like marijuana and left over food since everyone put their trash in barrels outside their doors.

Everything about the hotel was top notch, from the staff at the front desk to breakfast the following morning. We were very surprised at how nice the room was, especially how comfortable the bed was. All in all, it was a great experience!

I reserve 3-4 rooms for TG each year. Staff is always nice and helpful. This year was placed on first level with noise from kitchen/dining room, gym, and lights from back parking lot. Water pressure and temp was poor. Quality of coffee in cafe was atrocious. We had to pay for bottled water instead of receiving complementary bottle upon check-in.
