The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning system was very bad. It was too noisy when on and too hot when off.

Great facility, friendly staff, beautiful location. Can't beat the proximity to Boothbay Harbor and surrounding areas! Super accommodating with early check-in (small fee) and pet friendly (small fee), well worth it. Will absolutely be back!

We picked the Flagship Inn in large part because your description of the property states that it has a bar and restaurant (my husband is vision impared and can't walk well, and I prefer not to drive at night). Well, the restaurant was still closed for the "winter season" (mid-June). Fortunately the property is not far outside Boothbay Harbor. Also, great to have Direct TV in the room, but not so great that several channels were not available, specifically a couple that we were interested in. The room was clean, but not so fun to be stuck there without many options for entertainment. I suggest Expedia puts a note that the bar/lounge/restaurant is only open seasonally, and a direct link to contact the Hotel to check if it is open or not.

Simple but great. Probably recently renovated, clean rooms, brand new towels. Good location.

Parking was convienent. Also, very quiet.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable

poor general lighting, reading light inadequate. TV too small for viewing from bed, colors were faded, only a few channels available. Water pressure weak. No table if you wanted to eat in room. Outside coke machine didn't work. There was no scoop in the ice machine.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Loved the breakfast that was offered. The parking lot was ample. The staff was friendly. Liked that the property was conviently located near gas stations, stores.

The hotel room was in mid-uodating. There was no hairdryer on the wall. The lighting was poor. It seemed as if they were in the middle of updating it and just stopped.

No staff after 9pm, and unclear in breakfast in the morning. Asking a person at the desk would have been helpful.

Room was not clean, our fee included cleaning which is shocking because the room was not clean when we got there. So very difficult to operate the TV, extremely confusing. Very friendly people, they took care of our concerns the day we brought them, they were very accommodating for our later check in ( I got there at 2:30 AM the day after check in) beds were comfy. Due to the uncleanliness I doubt I’ll stay again

The location is close to downtown Boothbay Harbor which was nice since it made it an easy drive. It was easy to check in, only downside is making sure you check in by 6pm or call ahead so your room is guaranteed even if you have paid ahead of time. The staff was friendly and nice and there was a continental breakfast which was a nice add on. The room was comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to everything - was the cherry on top of the cake to our vacation to Boothbay!

Dirty zero food tv didn’t work bathroom filthy and bed was awful!! Way over priced for what was offered

The pool and hot tub were closed for repairs
