I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Property was in a great location! Super busy area very close to restaurants and shopping centers. Hotel was close to car wash, super convenient for me to get a detail. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. We had a nice view facing the city of Atlanta.

Excellent service from the staff and the breakfast was several cuts above other hotel breakfasts in this hotel class featuring REAL whole food — real scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, well seasoned potatoes and grits, turkey sausage, etc.

My hotel floor was hot and muggy. One of my rooms smelled like cigarettes. The front desk associate was very nice and changed the room. I normally stay here before going out of town for the convenience, but i will be looking for a new hotel.

Good: Friendly staff, parking lot security, clean property, breakfast good, adequate parking. Close to airport and shopping and food.
Bad: Low water pressure, tv worked really slow changing channels and some channels didn’t work on an already limited options, water doesn’t get really hot, warm in the hallways, room smelled like a dog had been in there, need upgrade on furniture, no place to put in-shower necessities.
I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in the last 2 weeks, this was my least favorite.

They didn’t have a room for me when I arrived after a long Drive from Tampa, FL. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. I waited in line for 45 minutes to check in only to find out there were no more rooms. They got an ear full to put it nicely. They found us a room 20 minutes away. So now, at 2:20 a.m. i finally got to my room. Not a good start to a 34 hour drive to Sal Lake City, Utah. Terrible!!!

I didn’t stay here because i booked a reservation and when i got there at 4am , they stated that my room was cancelled. I called during the day and let them know i would not be able to arrive until 4 am and they stated that was fine!! The lady at the front desk didn’t care to or try to help with the situation, or try to figure out who i spoke with, pick a better front desk lady and when someone calls it should be documented so there is no confusion!

Horrible! This one manager/Staff was the Rudest ,disrespectful person ive ever met in customer service. She treated me like i was a Homeless person walking in off street harassing r begging for money. She said we dont need your money an i will cancel this reservation an you can leave ! After she gave me a room i didn't want are reserve.TV didn't work ,refrigerator didnt work , ..The worst stay ive ever had !

What a place, the lobby and bar area are nice, the customer service was ok, but other than that I wouldn't recommend, people going in and out of their rooms constantly all hours of the night then have a party in the parking lot 3 different times making noise at 1am 3am 5am like it was 5pm, no security, unattended children everywhere, climbing on furniture and tables very chaotic, didnt get any sleep, and to tip ot off I had one drink at the bar while I waited for 5 chicken wings I had ordered for my husband, the bill came to $46, that was almost half of the amount I paid for the room for the night

Very warm welcome at the front desk. The young lady was extremely personable and helpful. The room was comfortable, however, it needed more lighting over the desk area and the water pressure in the sink was really low. Other than that, it was a great day. It also had a great terrace view off the main lobby for cocktail hour or just hanging out.
